I make weight loss oatmeal bars, eat and lose weight! healthy and tasty sweetness.
Sweet can not only be tasty, but also healthy. Try it - it's delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
walnuts 2 tbsp.
nuts almonds 2 tbsp.
dried apricots 8-10 pcs.
Plums 8-10 pcs.
Raisins 1 tbsp.
pumpkin seeds 1 tbsp.
coconut flakes 1 tbsp.
Oatmeal 2 cups or 140 g
1 ripe banana.
honey or Jerusalem artichoke syrup 1 tbsp.
Orange peel.
1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
odorless vegetable oil.
baking paper.
Decorate with pumpkin seeds.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes or in the fridge for 2 hours.
100 g (3.5 oz) sugar-free chocolate optional.
1 tbsp vegetable oil.
Cookie Recipe:
Oatmeal 1 cup or 70 g
150 ml warm oat milk
or any other milk.
1 egg at room temperature.
a pinch of salt.
1 tbsp sweetener or sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
1 apple.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Bake in preheated 180C 360F oven for 30 minutes.
