Hi, guys! How about a video on how good the Israeli are at language learning, i.e. if it's typical for them (those who were born and grew up in Israel) to speak foreign languages (maybe compared to the French people), which languages are typically taught at schools etc ?

הי, אני לא כל כך בטוח שהישראלים טובים עם שפות השפה השנייה שהיא חובה היא אנגלית ורוב התלמידים לא לומדים שפה נוספת חוץ ממנה. מעט מאוד לומדים בבית ספר בנוסף לאנגלית גם ערבית או צרפתית

@@PieceofHebrew I think it's really strange that Arabic isn't mandatory in schools, considering how many students are descendants of people who moved to Israel from Arabic speaking countries like Iraq, Iran, Moroccan etc. I guess English is important, but Arabic is important too, seeing as 21% of the population are Arab Israeli and Arabic is Israel's other official language. I'm trying (slowly) to learn Arabic and it's HARD! But the similarities to Hebrew help a lot! There are so many letters and so many different forms of the letters to learn it makes my head hurt! 🤣

What's the Hebrew for "blooper" and "outtake"? A short definition for "shelach" might be "Practical Geography", but there's clearly a touch of scoutmaster in the job. Israel's a great place to make geography concrete, rather than an abstract subject, since there's at least a sample of almost everything but glaciers a bus-ride away.

indeed, that little piece of land is very special and miracly have a tase of every biom, it really looks like you have reached another country but only drove for 1-2 hours p.s. if you are into birds , israel is an amazing place for that because birds like to migrate crossing israel so its like a funnel basically.
