Apparently non of you have any idea about Glyphosate and what it does to the human body. Even in small amounts they are finding that it will affect your children’s children in negative ways. It’s awful for us. Monsanto, who owns glyphosate has been sued into oblivion, but they are able to escape so many consequences because of how large they are. At least do some research before you just take the word of a paid person who is going to tell you glyphosate is safe: when it isn’t. There is SO MUCH research on how bad it is for you but Monsanto pays BIG money to silence the science and change the narrative.

First off we have the identical body shape. Gain in our tummy no butt lol, skinny legs etc. In February I found out I was a type 2 diabetic and my cholesterol and triglycerides were super high. My dad died from a heart attack at only 49 which is only 3yrs older than what I am rn so I inherited bad cardiac genes. So I immediately stopped eating sugar, went low carb, no red meat and low cholesterol diet. I have a chronic pain condition so I can’t exercise. I’ve lost 22 lbs since then and my 3 month follow up labs all came back a lot lower. I am so happy. Sending weight loss love. You can do it❤

I was prediabetic with very high cholesterol, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, osteopenia & decided to cut out all sugar, red meat & dairy. Figured out real quick that it was all too much & added red meat & dairy back but eat both sparingly. I also forced myself, despite the pain, the exercise every day. I started with stretching, tai chi, & then forcing myself to walk five minutes a day. I eventually worked up to walking for about an hour a day. I've lost 45 lbs in 9 mos & all my levels have gone way down. I'm no longer at risk! 😭🥲

I also forced myself to start drinking more water, which has always been hard for me!

Overnight oats for life!! They’re my fave breakfast, I go to bed looking forward to my oats the next morning. Don’t add too much liquid so they still retain a cookie-dough like consistency which is so pleasant to eat (instead of sad watery oats, ain’t nobody got time for that). You can customize them with protein powder, Greek yogurt, fruits, dark chocolate chips, nuts, etc! My current obsession is adding a vegan lemon curd and strawberries for strawberry lemonade oats. Tastes like summer!!

Oats can be very problematic for people with gluten sensitivities because it's so easily contaminated with . An option that might work well and even better if you have an instant pot is congee it's a rice porridge. Basically take a handful of rice and about 2+ cups water eyeballed because exacts don't matter. It works better savory and is a great way to use up leftovers. I basically get it set tually p to cook and let it run while I shower on medium pressure for 15 minutes. Homemade chicken soup is actually a great base for congee, but really anything goes.

I’ve made pumpkin pie overnight oats 🤤 no eggs, no sugar in the oats, just the puréed pumpkin but with a lot less than actual pie filling of course, I didn’t use any cream, just oat milk, and then all the spices give it a sweeter taste so you don’t need to add much to it. I had a tsp of maple syrup in a serving. It’s super filling so I find that I actually eat a lot less calories with it than standard overnight oats. Bonus points if you toss them in ramekins and brown them in the oven in the morning.

I have been following you so long and our lives have taken parallel paths, down to cluster head aches, pmdd, pcos and keto. Recently I've done a elimination diet starting with JUST beef (and electrolytes). I've realized my migraines/ice pick head aches are caused by tyramine containing foods. I had a constant low grade headache for years. I could never narrow it down. Turns out so many foods contain tyramine and it can take 24-48 hours to trigger after I eat it. No wonder I never knew. I know the pain of trying to figure it out for years and wanting to give up. You are such an inspiration for me and that you kept going. Kept living your life.

Kristi, just 10 minutes on a mini trampoline is more effective than 30 minutes of running. This is NASA research-backed. It helps drain the lymphatic system, improves cardiovascular health, tones, promotes weight loss and increases energy levels. There are SO many benefits and it's FUN! There are lots of videos on KZbin, even beginner workouts. You want to make sure you're getting enough protein. For easy, protein-packed breakfasts, make smoothies. My favorite creation is a peanut butter and jelly smoothie. I use vanilla whey protein powder, peanut butter powder, unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk and frozen blueberries. It is even better than a milkshake to me.There are so many combinations you can create. 😘

LOVE my rebounder. I had a torn ACL that desperately needed surgery and I was scheduled for one and then the Covid lockdowns happened. No more going to the gym. Long walks were out of the question and so was running (it would just make my leg throb from hip to ankle). I was crawling in my skin looking for some way to burn off that extra energy and keep my fitness up, not wanting to go into surgery weaker. I was very skeptical when a rebounder was recommended to me. It seemed like the exact opposite of anything I should be doing but it was explained to me that even just gentle bouncing without my feet leaving the mat would be beneficial and it would be good for stability and would get my heart going. I got one and was shook just how much it got my heart rate up and how little I could even do at first (it’s just bouncing on a small trampoline, right?!) but also, how GREAT it felt. It made me grin like an idiot and I felt great for the rest of the day. Even with a bum knee I was able to work up to doing an hour long session nearly every day and the time just zipped by. That and resistance bands kept my fitness up during the never ending lockdowns, kept my leg strong and got me through that surgery and recovery with flying colours and I still use them both religiously all these years later. Also, the kids love it, the hubby loves it …. I just hop on it for 5 or 10 min at a time all through the day. By the end of the day, I’ve gotten a lot of good quality exercise in. And it’s so FUN !! I’ll never be without one. I kinda can’t believe fitness influencers are sleeping on them. I know a lot of athletes use them but no one ever seems to talk about them. They’re fantastic tools in the kit.

I started watching you during the pandemic for something “fun,” and I am now fully invested in your journey! We are all at different points of the same road! Perimenopause has made me rageful, immediately followed by bursting into tears. Thanks for sharing with the rest of us! One baby step at a time! ✌🏼😊

I'm 44 about to be 45 I have 2 kids under 6 and about 2 years ago I decided to start my fitness journey.. I was 218 hated water hated exercising... Turned it around and started doing both and noom that was a game changer to learn more about psychology and why we eat and do what we do and stopping bad habits and creating better habits... I'm down 76 lb and I couldn't be more happy and energized! Lifting weights in protein that was a game changer personally for me because of my age! You got this keep your head up and keep going everyday discipline equals freedom ❤️

Love that you work out barefoot in the grass! Not only are you getting a workout in but grounding yourself in nature at the same time-even better! Proud of you for showing up for yourself ❣️ Also, breakfast is just when you “break fast” you can eat whatever you want! Doesn’t have to be the “typical” breakfast foods ☺️

Hey Kristi!! I've watched you for a long time! My daughter and your son are a month apart so I've gone through a lot of the same things as you! I'm so glad that you didn't become a family vlogger after having him. I love how relatable you are now and I'm so glad you've been posting more often. I love your videos!

I love that you are finding time to workout. My son is 13 and I only recently started working out consistenly and I've loved it so, so much. It works wonders for my energy and overall well being (looks were not my priority either)... While kids are young it's hard, but it sure does get easier!! Keep it up!

You could also have the same kinds of foods that you eat for lunch and dinner, but have that for breakfast. Just because it’s breakfast, it doesn’t mean you have to eat specific “breakfast foods.” Food is food - energy is energy.

I recently started eating in a way that matches my cycle. Not restrictive by any means but just incorporating certain foods during each phase of my cycle that help my body naturally balance itself. It has been an absolute game changer for my mental health especially leading up to my period! Love the vid!! ❤

I started lifting and taking lexapro 6 months ago. Best decision I made for my mental health. I do have to remind myself that I am doing this to feel better and looking different is a bonus that will take time. Just a reminder to not be hard on yourself during this journey. Eating dessert or fries sometimes is not a setback and is okay. You can do this!

My go to breakfast is overnight oats: 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup dannon light & fit Greek vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 or 1 cup of frozen fruit or fresh fruit of choice. Mix all together and let sit in the frig over night. Delicious! I add chia seeds sometimes.

I am about to turn 30 and getting active and just doing shit is my biggest focus and my biggest mindset shift. I used to look at people who were super active and outdoorsy and it was like i separated myself from that because I just wasnt "one of those people." This year I realized, all it takes to be "one of those people" is to do the things they are doing. I don't need money or years of experience or anybody's permission. I started rock climbing last year at 28. Never done it before in my life. Now I go a few times a month. I climb outside and I'm sure to some people I'm now "one of those people." Getting older has made me realize that I need to stop waiting for things to happen or for things to change. Things happen and change when you put in the effort every day. I'm not going to wake up at 40 and go "Oh I'm getting older. I need to start exercising now to maintain mobility" when I've never worked out consistently in my life. I gotta do that now to be in that position later. That never really clicked for me when I was in the comfort of my early 20s.

Kristi, dunno if you’ll see this but I can’t express my appreciation for your openness and honesty about your mental health. I don’t necessarily have advice but some things I’ve been doing this year are I started Zepbound and it’s basically cured my issues with over eating and I’ve lost 55 lbs in 6 months (I have pcos so it helps with insulin resistance as well). Not promoting that just something that has worked for me. I’ve been trying to move my body more as well but my depression had been really bad. I’ve just started TMS for my depression and am hoping it makes a difference since none of the meds I’ve tried help. We’re all on our own journeys together and I wish you the best and hope you met your goals💜

I was on SSRIs due to depression and PMDD, started my CrossFit journey back in 2021, by the end of 2023 I was completely off my meds and I’ve never felt better. Sure I have my lows but they’re much easier to get out of now. I’ll book a class at my local CrossFit box and I will feel a million times better after the class! Good luck, I hope you will feel better ❤

I have never identified with an intro more. I became a first time mom a little ahead of you and during the pandemic - away from people. I finally addressed my outward body issue concerns; it’s the healthiest relationship I’ve even had with my body, but likewise - it made me stop making the best decisions for my body. Love this series. Thank you!

I pick the happiest movement for me and that day specifically. Somedays I want a dance cardio, some days I just want to walk and space out looking at nature, some days I want to do some slow concentrating yoga, etc ….and that always makes me feel good, listening to my body in the moment (or slight encouragement, like “I know I love to ride my bike, I’ll just get going and see how I feel” eventually I naturally develop a routine. Last time I did this was probably 2019 so I want to get back into feeling physically and mentally well too. ❤ You aren’t alone in this journey

You seem to be in a much better mental state (like calmer, more relaxed, confident) its awesome to see the progress you have made over the years. I just started using Trainwell last week. I hadn't worked out in years, I have chronic back pain, and I wasn't in a good state mentally for quite a while. I've been thinking of how I need to get stronger/healthier for months (one thing is eating out less) but with my pain issues were setting me back. Mentally I am in a better place over the last couple of months but I felt I needed to be accountable to someone to motivate me to work out. I really like my trainer Caitlyn, and like you said they are understanding. The app has great feedback for what is or is not working. And I have asked my trainer to be more specific on which muscles I should be tightening as I have always had a problem of not working the correct muscles (even when I was young and in fairly good shape).

In January, you motivated me to sort myself out for the right reasons. I started off with cutting out dairy as it wasn't working with my body and focusing on steps. I started tracking, and I was shocked with how little I moved. Like 500 steps a day 💀 I am now up to 8000 steps a day and a 45-minute stationary bike ride a day. I am feeling so much better.
