As someone who was abused for years, most people (including my mom) choose to ignore anything that makes them feel icky.... It's easier to pretend it's not happening then deal with the fallout of the problem.... Even when they do serve time it's not much... My abuser abused me, my brother, and 25 other kids and only served 4 years-ish..... Systems boke and we can't fix it....

So from my understanding, OP is living in Colombia. As a person from a Latino country, I can definitely say the government is unreliable. I mean, I’ve been living in America for most of my life. And even here, the court systems are sketchy. So in countries and communities like hers, it will be a dozen times worse. Most of those countries are very misogynistic and male-oriented. That's how you know the story is fake, or at least that part is fake, they would be at the hospital before police station if that were the case and doctors might get punished if they don't report criminal cases which is why they report anything sus, even if it's stupid. We once reported a mother for negligence at the pediatric icu because the kid had electrocuted himself while playing with a hairdryer. Oh and when an actual doctor reports it, police have to take the case seriously cause they might get in trouble for it too. Like even if she herself said it was consentual, it would not matter at that point cause no policeman is rich enough to risk losing his job for a random pedo.

Legally if a minor is below whatever the "age of consent" is then whether or not they "seduced" an attacker is irrelevant legally as an argument. So I don't see how that factor can matter in court.
