I just wanted Spencer to know that there's a lot of guys out there who are following his example. My own husband is an older version of you. For the past few weeks, he has been renovating our 88yr old neighbor's back yard. It was overgrown, trash trees everywhere, old rotten fencing and covered in moss. A little bit at a time, he has gone over and cut, cleared and cleaned up their yard. And now it looks GREAT! We need more guys like you and my husband.

I have watched several lawncare videos, and find yours the most pleasing with all areas covered. One of the points I notice is that not all jobs also cover the grass and dirt from the curb into the edge of the street. When that is also cleared, the curbing and lawn look so perfect. This was a totally jaw dropping transformation !! So much edging to be done around the house and sidewalks, and you really went above and beyond, as usual, bringing this property back to life. It improved the entire neighborhood 100%. Now there are sidewalks for neighbors to take an evening stroll and enjoy their beautiful little neighborhood, which, by the way, is a very nice area of older homes with a lot of character. I enjoyed every second of this transformation, and thank you again, for all that you do. For one person to tackle this, was not to be believed.

I agree. Seems like this one is at least 85% edging. Looks great! I'm sure the whole community are grateful. Would've liked to see the tenant's face and reaction for a reveal at the end. I'm sure she loves it. Additionally, I was thinking about how these videos are free in that the homeowner or occupant isn't being charged but it does cost. Gas, wear and tear on equipment, sweat and sore back and knees not to mention time. It is a beautiful sacrifice for those who are in need. Can't be said too much-- THANK YOU.

I would propose to vac the dust instead of using the leaf blower. It kind of goes everywhere when it's blown. Also pressure washing will give you that final touch. A trailer with a vac suction tank and water tank, equipped with a hydraulic power pack, and then you can have pressure washer, pump and suction all on the same trailer. Nice videos!👍

It's so infuriating when landlords don't care about their tenants. A good landlord would periodically drive by to be sure it's being taken care of by the people being paid to take care of it. There are laws to protect tenants from lazy and neglectful landlords, but going to that extreme will only make matters worse for the tenant. That's why so many landlords take advantage and only do the bear minimum. Thank you for helping that single mom! It's so hard for us to find someone trustworthy to help, that's why we rarely ask for it. 💜

I think the only place it wasn't had like 2 feet of lawn in deep shade and my Dad just weed eaten that (it was a triplex, so easier to not say 1 of the 3 apartments had to deal with it.)

Hey, Spencer along with the hand pruners, you might want to add a small collapsible/foldable tree limb saw about 9" folded. Their are about the same size as the pruners. Fits right in between the chain links and are good for the thicker limbs.
