I think my favorite Korean food so far that I've had it kimchi jiggae. I make it atleast once a week. Sometimes soondubu style. I haven't tried cold noodles or kalguksu soup yet. That will be my to do next time I go to a korean restaurant. I had chirashi today and I think its somewhat similar to hwe but chirashi is more like a salad? I'm not sure.

I am a Korean and I AM IN LOVE with how Jasmine got everything. I'm no chef, but the way she made it, the way it looks, the way they got served, the sauces, the side dishes were absolutely PERFECT. The only way this could have been better is if they had the appropriate drinks with the right foods lmao. For example, samgyeopsal and beer go like salt and pepper according to my dad.
