Really good vid. Long form is good, this length is perfect. I’d watch this type of video as a quarterly review or monthly review of the business for sure. It may feel repetitive as a creator but as a viewer I still watch videos of how to sort bulk even though I’ve been sorting bulk for 20 years! 😂 new sets changing dynamics (industry and yours) will always add new context to your perspective on the TCG business which will keep if fresh. 🤟🏻🔥

I'm not sure if it was in this video-- but in one of your videos, you talked about how sometimes you have to "fire" your customers if they are mentally draining. I have been having a lot of trouble with this (especially being a gal in this space) and was wondering if you have any advice on how to deal with these difficult customers. About suggesting new contents, maybe you could do a weekly video, like a section, release the same day at the same hour, about something, like the market of pokemon, or introducing one piece, something that its taking attention (for now) and use the premier feature time to time, people would interact and have some audience retaining probably have to maderate the chat too. I dont know if this has a big impact in getting more viewers, but you are saying that we can suggest. And time to time you could chat with people, but it will require more time. I havnt been able to sell 1 box of Shiny Treasure 😅 I have a website, ebay and Facebook store. Not 1 box. Price is to hard to compete with. Bought in at 105 aud a box.

For eBay, depending on the price you got the boxes at, I would start a bid on about two boxes. This will bring traffic to your page. If the price is decent, people will most likely buy your boxes. However, eBay fees are rough. This is a tactic I've used, but in the end, I am making what I spent back. Have to regroup and be aggressive on negotiation of the boxes.

And it doesn’t help how much some stores on TikTok shop have been driving the prices down so much. Shiny treasure began almost at $100 usd and in less than a month dropped all the way down to the $50s! It’s become a contest on who can drop the price down the lowest. I feel like it hurts all businesses overall

@@stephsteph21 I saw a store on Tiktok selling the boxes for 54 a box, which is pretty insane, with free shipping, cherry on top. There is hardly any profit at that point which blows my mind to pieces.

Not advice blah blah but keeping your s corp pay lower helps limit the payroll taxes you pay. You can physically take more if needed (or even none at all) just paying yourself a "reasonable salary" per the IRS on paper. Hopefully that makes sense.
