32:55 I was looking at your troops, and some weren't even trained. Training your troops up to level 3 in normal hoi4 gives you a +25% modifier in your favor. I'm assuming there's at least a similar system to that in this mod. Anyway to do this, shift click on the division training button on your feild Marshall (it works on individual generals too if you want to do one at a time), and your troops will excersise to their max level and then stop so you don't waste extra equipment training them. Irkutsk was the NKVD I am pretty sure. While the WRRF was the red army and their generals (which is why Tukhachevsky and Zhukov were the potential leaders) and the actual soviet political cabinet is spread out across Russia. Yagoda is perhaps the most legitimate successor of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, because his government is led by the remains of Bukharin's NKVD cabinet. Though most of the soviet political cabinet have fled to Komi.

The only country Tukhachevsky's WRRF is able to peacefully reunify with is the People's Revolutionary Council in the far south of former Central Siberian Republic... But this state is reduced to a Tanu Tuva knock off since Tool Box, which is not only outrageous but They haven't even bothered adding a new partner for the poor Tukhachevsky!

But still, it's soo absurd that the Devs aren't bothered with replacing the People's Revolutionary Council with some other warlord for Tuckhachevsky's peaceful reunification. For example, introducing a Communist Stratocratic route for the Siberian Black Army would substituted the P'sRC (since the point of Tuckhachevsky's peaceful reunification is that he respects OTHER Stratocratic Communists, which is the whole point of being able to peacefully reunify with the P'sRC pre-Toolbox Theory)

Man, that post unification build up is honestly what I love most about TNO. Those 3-4 years you take to rebuild the Baltic fleet, ensure you have over 1k of the most modern fighter jets, and making sure you have a healthy mix of mechanized, tanks, and IFVs. I remember one time, it was about the 4-5th time I played, I rebuilt the entire Baltic fleet to like 2 Carriers, 2 battleships, and countless frigates and destroyers. I completely annihilated the British puppet's Royal Navy AND the Kriegsmarine. Rebuilding your navy from essentially nothing and then decimating the two strongest navies in the game is such a cool feat to do.

As an expert in TNO lore/gameplay, I feel like I should help clarify a couple of things for you. The difference between Tuckachevsky and Zhukov is that while both want to see the USSR return they want to do it differently: Zhukov wants the USSR to stop doing "war communism", a system where all the money and resources are spent to the military with little going to the civilians. Tukhachevsky disagrees with this as he sees massive military spending as a necessity in order to destroy the Germans, while damning the civilians to poverty. This explains why you weren't able to unify with Yagoda, Tuckachevsky is just that insane in the eyes of every other Soviet unifer. Secondly, it's actually Irkust that's the most legitimate claim to the USSR, as that's where the Soviet government fled when they lost WW2, its even one of their national spirits. The reason why you could only core Kazakstan and not any of the rest of Central Asia, is because in OG TNO you could incade and annex Kazakstan, but sometime down the line they removed it. If you want more content for Russia after reunification I'd suggest the Second West Russian War Mod as it adds the ability to regain the Reichkomiseriats from Gemrany. If you do choose to do this I'd firstly play as Novosibirsk led by Vasily Shukshin, as he's cirrently the only with a focus tree.
