NOTIFICATION SQUAD: And I thought ET was terrifying. I think post-modern Humpty Dumpty scares me even more. 5 days, 1,000km, 8 years of waiting, but we got what we came for. SCREENSHOT IT. PUT IT ON YOUR WALL. TELL THE WORLD. The weird guy from Abroad in Japan saw Mount Fuji. The only question remains, who snapped the best photo? And DON'T MISS the Natsuki cameo.

So does America. The Teddy Bear is American. :) Named after the manliest Us President Theodore 'Teddy' Roosevelt. He was shot while campaigning for President and gave a 90 minute speech before going to the hospital. Meanwhile our current Congress has 10,000 US Military stationed to guard them because a few people broke in and took selfies in the Congressional Building. Those brave men and women of Congress were nearly murdered by those selfies. Especially the ones like Alexandria Cortez who weren't actually there. That brave woman barely escaped with her life. She has bravely tweeted that it was an attempt on her life. It doesn't matter that nobody was armed and that she wasn't actually there.
@ashleyburbank3129
@ashleyburbank3129 3 жыл бұрын
@@Jordan-Ramses it wasn't the Selfies although breaking into a federal building is worse than BandE..... you should know that before you break the law! Also smashing Windows to get in isn't taking selfies.... they weren't Brave.... I understand you believe something that I don't but that's not the way you get it that's the way you get the law to come down on you. You know a couple police officers died of brain injuries later right they were physically assaulting people to get in. if you look up KZbin videos of the actual camera footage of the rioters it's much more violent the crazy part is the rioters are the ones posting it. the news deemed anything violent too violent for television.

I remember once going to a "British" pub in the Philippines. I ordered fish and chips and it was horrible, so I sent it back. The Chef came out and I told him I could cook better at home. He asked me to prove it! Long story short he kept my reciepe and we all got a free meal. It turns out he was not letting the oil get hot enough before putting the battered fish in. I also put calamansi juice (a type of citrus fruit) on top.

Now that Chris has got his shot of Fuji-san, he can retire. He will shut down the channel and become a mountain hermit. There will be occasional sightings of him. As the years turn to decades, he will slip into legend. Parents will tell their children about the Oni in the mountain who steals children who don't listen to their parents. And in the far future, the mountain Oni will become incorporated into Japanese folklore alongside Amaterasu and Susanoo. Well done Chris and Joey 🥳

This wouldn't happen it if were in the US, because we'd know there's a difference between 'apologize' and 'apologies' going on here, but not in the UK! I said I was sorry.

Part of me was hoping that Mt. Fuji would laugh at you ominously from within its cocoon of cloud for the remainder of the trip, forever invisible... but it is a sight to behold, isn't it? I've never been to Japan, I really, really want to go there one day... and I hope to catch a view of it myself. I did receive a card from someone last year while doing a card exchange to brighten people's day during lockdowns across the world... and my card happened to come from a US lady stationed at an army base somewhere in Japan and she sent me a card of Mt. Fuji while not knowing that I'm quite the Japan nerd. Best gift I've gotten all year.
