I spent the day with the most beautiful ramen shop owner in Japan!

I went to the Ramen Chonmage branch in Osaka, Japan and had a chance to sit down and get to know the owner and ramen master herself! In Japan, ramen stores are predominantly male owned so it's really cool to see someone be a trailblazer and pursue their passions regardless of judgement or feeling the need to conform to societal norms!

It's cus in Japan, women face a lot more barriers and discrimination to run ramen shops. Japan's still considered conservative and misogynistic in general. Hopefully that'll change over time

So I recently came to japan from Australia and went to this store about a week ago and for sure I was blown away by the flavours of a 塩ラーメン because I usually don't eat shio ramen because of the lack of fatty flavour. But the amount of flavour i got from the first sip was just insane, easily the best ramen I had so far in japan also the tamago meshi was just out the roof good for the amount of ingredients in it, definitely 10/10 recommended.
