I STOPPED WORKING OUT FOR 90 DAYS (over 3 months) and gained weight!!! Here's what I eat to feel good with NO restrictions & me dealing with weight gain. Remember that intuitive eating & nourishing your body is where it's at :)
Gaining weight is always a touchy subject so I wanted to really approach this video in a sensitive way! Hopefully I was able to share my thoughts and my before and after fitness transformation while also sticking to my main thoughts: yes, my body has changed. But!!! My main focus right now is NOT my appearance. Instead, my focus is on FEELING good, healing my back & knee injuries and recovering strength. All I want to do is surf again and be active, so hopefully this what I eat in a week / week in the life vlog will show you a realistic view of what I'm currently going through!
Remember: you are more than your appearance, you are more than your body, and there is NOTHING wrong with gaining weight! In the end, what matters is being happy, healthy, confident, and having love for yourself at every single step in your journey. Also, my thumbnail is DEF clickbait lololol
