Indeed. He's the guy who simultaneously never skips leg day while kinda skipping it altogether XD. Jokes aside, his humility speaks volumes more than the typical loud mouth DB who's ego is louder than the weights they don't move properly. Humility always deserves respect.

There’s a guy in my gym who does this, he’s like 60 years old, steals every 45 in the gym and loads up the leg press with the maximum amount of plates it can hold and then does like 3 reps with barely an inch of movement in each rep. And he does like 15 sets. So he just sits there for an hour hogging all the plates and the leg press to essentially accomplish nothing but pissing other people off lol. And then I’m the bad guy for telling him that what he’s doing isn’t effective and he’s more prone to injury. Somebodies gotta tell him

Wtf. An old man does this at my gym too. Loads up the leg press with 12 45lbs plates to do reps with barely any range of motion and he’ll do it for 10+ sets since there’s no real tension with his limited range. You cant work in with him because there’s too many plates to remove and he hogs the ONLY leg press machine in the gym for almost an hr with no shame. He’s built like a toothpick too so what he’s doing is obviously not working. All ego lifting and a false sense of strength

@@berserker706his connective tissues are incredibly robust, but his muscles are certainly falling way behind.
