@@mikeyvesperlick6982 self hate is terrible for you what youre thinking isnt true hate if you hate yourself thats when you let yourself go. Ive struggled with shit self esteem for years. Worst thing you can do for your mind. And at the end of the day, its a choice. If you truly hate yourself you dont want to be better, you just want to die or live like a piece of garbage and indulge constantly. It is a false assumption that if you love yourself you will not want to change yourself, or that you need to hate yourself in order to want go change yourself. Fuck motivation all you need to do is remember the answer to one good question: why tf am i doing this? If youre on a run and you feel like stopping you will wonder why you’re doing this it hurts and feels like masochism. But if you remember why you’re doing it, that the pain has a purpose, then you can quickly shrug off your nagging brain and commit to whatever it is you’re doing

I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

@fabianotoma8401 I (27 f) was below healthy weight all the way through high school. I was in band, didn’t eat very well (either too much or too little), and everything changed when I went to college. First I gained the freshman 15 and the band wasn’t nearly as vigorous as my high schools, I started trying to restrict but it led to binge restrict cycles, hypothyroid hit but wasn’t diagnosed until a few years later and my heaviest weight was 195. Year before last I decided to hire a fitness and health coach and lost 40lbs. Due to money issues I had to stop but I started up again this year because I’d gained it al back. Now I’m 2ish months in and I’m not sure how much I weigh (my scale is dead and I don’t think seeing the weight will help me I think it’ll hurt me) but I was able to fit into some size 12 pants and my 14s are super loose. This time around I made the decision to work towards consistency instead of weight goals. I started to realize that the past weight loss attempt wasn’t sustainable because I had a punishment mindset. I now have a benefit mindset and am making sure I fall in love with the process. The food side is still a work in progress but I love the exercises.

This video means a lot to me... As a young man myself, 25 years of age. I have been overweight for most of my entire life because I wasn't raised into a family with a healthy lifestyle and had no one teach my about nutrition or exercise. During the pandemic breakout in the summer of 2020, I weighed myself for the first time in years at 308lbs... I decided that I'd have enough of hating myself and my body. I researched and learned to cut and count calories. It it now the summer of 2022. 2 years, 2 whole summers later. As I write this, I have lost over 125lbs and my current goal is learning how to put on muscle I have finished my first month of consistent weight training for 4 days a week by using your body transformation program. I'm still not where I want to be with my overall physique, but I am very very proud of the progress I have made. And I look forward to getting stronger and training to be the best version of myself *for MYself*. Thank you for being an inspiration to me as well as many other people in the world.

The most important relationship in the world, is the one you have with yourself. And when you’re happy with yourself, you have so much more to give to the world than when you’re running on empty. True words spoken. Society constantly tells us how “less” of a person we are. Know that you are good enough; regardless of what the world says. Thank you Will.

So this is my story: 8 months ago I start seeing your vedios and was only interested in the fun part then you mentioned Coach Greg name and after checking his channel I started my weight loss journey, I was 253 pounds and now at 160 and I built a very good muscular body at 40 years old, I feel the best I could have imagined. Thanks you and coach Greg ❤️❤️

Will, you’ve truly been helping me on my journey to being healthier and losing weight because just like you I used to eat so much as a kid and I was taught to always finish my food so even when i had an insane amount I would force myself to finish because I didn’t want to waste it. I also would want my younger self to be kinder to himself because I used to be so self conscious about my body. You’re helping my a lot in my gym performance and you’re extremely entertaining. I found your channel recently and have been binge watching your videos which is the only binging I will be doing from now on. I don’t know if you’ll see this because this is an old video but I want you to know you’re an inspiration to me and many other young kids who were similar to younger you.

Your speech at the end was very inspiring to listen to. As a young man yourself, to have come to this realization at such an early stage in life is such a powerful thing. Many people (like you say - millions) are still struggling. Many of us much later in years. My message to anyone else reading this is - do not give up. No matter how hard it gets. I'm so proud of you Will. I'm so happy that I've stumbled on this channel of yours. You are humble, funny, and passionate. I do hope you get a chance to read this.

I weigh 243-245 pounds now and I am also 182 cms. I have tried losing weight and I do end up losing a bunch of pounds but I gain it all back. I have done many mistakes and went down the strict and massive calorie deficit route and I always binge back to 240-245 pounds. I recently turned 24 years and I am done doing this on and off weight loss regime. I am getting my shit together now and I am going to keep all the tips the coach and Will share in their content. It is high time I finally lose the weight and get down to 180 pounds myself. A year from now, I will be back with an update. Thank you for motivating me, Will. I hope to meet you someday, hopefully when I get where I want to be.

Hi Will, I've been watching your videos for months now, but today is my first day commenting on your videos, and I wanted to come back to this video again to say thank you. "Be kinder to yourself" is not only something my younger self also needed to hear, but especially my present self. I just finished a 90-day transformation challenge, and however many weeks ago I saw this video, I was in the middle of the challenge, and your message in this video had me start being more mindful when speaking to myself. It helped me push through the rest of the challenge without thinking/saying as much negative things about myself by making adjustments to my mindset, and focusing more on self-love/self-care in addition to making physical progress. I really appreciate everything you do to help others, whether it be sharing workouts, recipes, encouraging words, or just making people smile/laugh. You are truly an amazing, kind soul. 🙏🔥✊🌸
