And why isn't the money getting taken from the police officer's pension fund when they get sued for excessive force instead of making the taxpayers pay the bill especially considering the police officers are allowed to resign instead of getting fired
@deadave100 Жыл бұрын
1. End qualified immunity 2. Require Malpractice insurance. The more offenses the higher the cost to insure oneself. 3. Create a National Brady List, so LEO can’t just move and go to another city, county or state. 4. All incidents causing injury, especially lethal or requiring hospitalization, must be evaluated by independent outside Authority (federal perhaps) 5. Create a Federal code to follow like US Military UCMJ "The Uniform Code of Military Justice has Article 93 Failure to report an offence" 6. Any LEO that witnesses incident and does not report it is an accomplice. 7. Initiate frequent testing for drugs and steroid use with automatic discharge of failure. End steroid rage. 9. Train LEOs on the constitution and settled law regarding stops, ID, and searching. 10. Immediate termination for turning off cameras or falsifying reports!!

You’re kind of brushing over the main problem please used to be respected until the war on drugs turned them into foot soldiers soldiers against citizens that’s the only reason why they have this unbridled power change the policy you will change policing🙏🏼
@deadave100 Жыл бұрын
@@jeremeyswillis The police were not created to protect and serve the people. They were created to protect the new form of wage-labor capitalism that emerged in the mid- to late- 1800's. The wealthy elite (industrialists, bankers, etc.) who financially controlled (bribed) the various municipal governments would hire hundreds of armed mercenaries to enforce their will by using violence against the new working-class populations. (Remember RailRoad Police.?) Traditionally rooted in violence, not the Law of the land. All police forces are unconstitutional creations of the unconstitutional BAR couped judiciary. Now the 'War on Drugs'..is just another problem that We have.
