Thank you for making this video! I have been meaning to make the bon appetit recipe for a while. I have made Yossy's recipe about 5 times now-always a crowd pleaser! I made Bon Appetit's butter from Molly's recipe and slathered it on Yossy's bread- it elevates it one more notch! Would love it if you did a video for banana bread and zucchini bread.

Appreciate all your hard word. Pumpkin bread is much better if you use part whole wheat, part white flour (I also sub about 1/2 cup of almond flour in a 3 cup recipe). Also much better and lighter if instead of all olive oil you also add 1/2c butter milk (or yogurt works fine) just to "break up" the oil. Else, last recipe looks yummy and I like the drizzle topping. Thanks!

It’s funny how I came across your video! I am currently making Molly’s pumpkin bread 😃 (it is currently baking), and before that I was considering making the bourbon pumpkin bread (because I had some bourbon available). Too bad I didn’t watch your video prior. I am certain that I will enjoy Molly’s pumpkin bread because of the fresh ginger; I added some tumeric just to intensify the colour. May be, next time, I will try the last pumpkin bread recipe you liked so much. Cheers! ❤️
