I mean it kinda goes with any class that gets overtizzed. Remember how outraged everyone was when Rets got their 10.0.7 rework? And all the ret mains were delusional and huffing the cope all like "Lol our class is fine ur just bad let us rets enjoy things you guys never want us to be good." or whatever. No one targets one specific class/spec with this mindset you brought up. We will always say the same thing about any class that is absolutely out of control. Perhaps it's just people wanting more OVERALL class balancing, yknow? We're okay with classes being good, just not fkin tizztically broken that the class gets carried by high skillfloor to where a sperm cell could get free glad on it. Like the days of Cata or MoP. Of course at the time people still complained, but NOW with retail being so tizzed and out of balance, a lot of us would give anything to go back to that kind of balancing because we all know it will never be like that again on retail and back in those days it was arguably the most balanced pvp ever was in WoW. Man Retail balance is actually pretty damn good, not sure what your smoking. Balance has been quite great besides a few outliers the past couple expansions. Every class is viable in some way! Sure the ret rework was op af, and they let it run for awhile, and DHs... But besides those two outliers balance has been amazing! ​@@plague6174

Oh by the way, you can get full stacks of emperor's capacitor by spamming crane kick in the starting room and the stacks stay once the gates open. Also images seem to be not doing full damage with it. So for now cast it without them

Ret pally only has 1 stun. They've got HoJ and blind. Both on long CDs. That's it. Monk has ROP, sweep, para, disarm, song of chiji.. AND a mortal strike effect. Give ret a mortal strike.

And then give Windwalker the offheals a Ret has? Fair trade. You just cant compare these 2 specs in anyway. Windwalker has a hit and run playstyle like Sub Rogue while Ret wants to stay in the fight 24/7 like an Arms Warrior. Comparing these 2 specs doesnt make any sense, since they both play very different from each other.

Hoj is reduced by spending holy power realistically it’s a 30sec CD 6sec stun so half the cooldown nearly double the duration…pally doesn’t just have blind they have rep which is half the cd of paralysis and twice the duration pallia have massive team utility a free trinket for their healer every 45sec, way better off heals, a wall for the team mates via sac bubble for 8sec of just flat out immunity and bop 8sec physical immunity for anyone and spell warding which is 8sec spell immunity and ww can’t take song of chi without gutting their build…you should learn other classes before making comparisons

@everythingtankpit and sweep can be reduced to a 50 sec CD with an increased range and can hit more than 1 target. If you think WW monk has no utility then I dunno what to tell you. Ven specifically was talking about CCs and micro CCs. Monk has more than Pala by far. Repent also has a cast time and a CD. Those are definitely things you wanna be doing in melee 🙄

@prainiak5710 yeah if WW doesn't want to fight someone, they don't have to. They can attack burn CDs then run and heal to full. WW doesn't run out of the ability to heal themselves where a paladin does. WoG costs mana, flash of Light costs mana. You spend energy to heal yourself.. and once again you can completely disengage from a fight and continue to not fight if you chose to do that.

Ret paladin also has a 20 yard range and has insane aoe on all abilities and a complete immunity, a full insta hp restore, and a ranged stun where you can stun the healer from far away while still blowing up your target. Windwalker is really hard to stay on your target cause it's got the least range and weird gap closers.

it's not right that they started introducing toss mechanics as a microcontroller outside of Diminishing. They just need to come up with controlling abilities tied to some skills, situations, random triggers with stunning up to 1.5 seconds of action or reducing haste. Which would not be included in the Diminishing category and would not harm the main major skills. For example, for the Fury Warrior style in PVP, in order to increase its skill cap and give its own utility, you can give a cd buff that allows you to accidentally inflict a small additional damage and a short stun of 0.5 seconds during attacks. It is important that there is no vicious stacking, these micro-control effects should be due to chance or situation, or such abilities that are not convenient to combine in a burst cc. There is such a problem as the shaman's Sundering, an almost useless micro-control that imposes a diminishing with the category of Paralysis. Why not make the effect of reducing the movement and speed (-90%) and haste (-50%), which would smoothly decrease in a few seconds.

@@davidgarcia-rv3fs theres so much that isnt needed :/ no double stun FINALLY have 1, maybe useful micro cc that we can use but even then its apart of our damage rotation, 4-7 movment abilities that are just INSANEEEEEE wheres the other way to do damage? old tiger eye brew, fist stun (or another stun somehow) BUT like he said not the best, BUT not the worst I just wish I saw some good changes that dosent have to deal with movment and more about our toolkit or how we do damage there is so much cluster

Welcome to WW. It's always that way at the beginning. We also do not scale as well as other classes so we'll feel good for a week, get nerfed, and spend the rest of the expansion behind everyone outside of the burst window if we're lucky. For some reason WW scaling is too hard for them to figure out.
