I think for the price difference. Unless you’ve got expendable income or truly can justify the small differences to yourself. The shark wins hands down.

I think you were using the smoothing attachment incorrect on the Dyson. The nozzle on the blow dry attachment has 2 functions. One is for blow drying & one is for smoothing. The one with the 4 larger squares is for blow drying. The cooper bar side is for smoothing but it has to be on the correct adjustment with the top twisting knob . Hopefully that makes sense.

I don’t think you’re using the correct technique for some of these attachments. In terms of frizz, I think the difference comes down to the tension the shark attachments apply to the hair and technique. I personally like that the Dyson attachments don’t do that and you can avoid the frizz with better technique.

I feel like you are trying to curl so much hair at a time. Do you not usually section your hair when you curl it? I feel like that's why the curling attachments weren't working like you would expect.

The Shark is Way Better & the tight Curls Look way better on you also. Plus you will get more days out of it. You can achieve those results with $30 tool for all that

OMG, have you never used a round brush before? This is not how you do it! You did not even use the cool shot. You can get amazing volume and a sleek style I guess with both brands, but you would have to use it the right way.
