@Anubhav-xi2mu no you are dumb because you never had tried jump rope in life amd doing 1000 ropes takes about 10-12 mins only burne 100-150 calories and 2500 will burns around 600 so there is a big difference

I started exercising in March and i was so sore but now it is all fine but for like 3-4 days it was such a tough job would love to take this challange as well after you 😁🔥 so proud of you 💯💛

Try strengthening leg muscles and pelvic floor muscles first and then go with jumping kind of exercise....do stretches of quadriceps, hamstring, calf and IT band BEFORE AND AFTER EXERCISE
