this was a super fun experiment and i do not plan on going back to a life without creatine. you should try it. it's very based.

Love the video, and as someone whose been on creatine for about a year now. It’s a bit different for everyone but it takes a few days to fully get into your system, which is why some people do a “loading phase” which is basically just taking more than 10mg a day before dropping back down to 10/20 so that there’s more for your body to absorb at a time. Also with creatine intake you wanna increase your water intake as well. Anyway I’m done yapping, looking forward to more videos and seeing the progress 💪🏾

Thanks so much brother - yea I’m just gonna keep logging wild amounts of creatine for a full 30 days and see what it does to my body. I’m learning to just experiment and get real data and then I can say “well that worked” or “well that clearly didn’t work” lol. Thanks so much for the support brother

Intermediate calisthenics guy who wants to try creatine. That's literally me, except u actually did it. +15-20% reps is pretty damn good. This experiment is exactly what I looking for, thanks brother! Btw, did u take day 2-6 off to rest?

Man I’m stoked this helped - saw definitive results which is awesome. Can’t wait to see what happens after 30 days. I almost never rest - I did 1000 push ups yesterday and planning on doing legs today. I just do a split to “rest”

Feels like the after shot looks worse but I think it’s the lighting.

i'm kind of surprised by your maxed out pullups - looking at you i would have thought you could do at least 15 maybe 20
@zekedesmet13 күн бұрын
Yea I’m pretty weak with pull ups honestly. It’s been my biggest struggle because I feel like I should be able to do way more than what I can. I mean only 35 push ups in a row - doesn’t even make sense. It’s not very impressive lol. I do try and focus hard on good form and I think that’s a big reason my numbers are where they are. Theoretically you could be “stuck” at 20 push ups max for a whole year - but be way stronger just because you are dialing in your form

@@zekedesmet what you do is 'functional training' i think - be sure and put that in your algorithm or description tag

Is that a pretty searched for term?
@trixie986713 күн бұрын
@@zekedesmet i think its a trend right now - i've seen it before - more importantly its exactly what your doing. I don't think your a weight lifter who brags about your max.

@@zekedesmet and one of my thought processes is - people like 'nick walker fitness' have used the term in a title - I'm sure he has a crew at this point to strategically choose key words (fitness coach from equinox berkeley ca)
