I would like to refer my friend ChatGPT. He works very fast and efficiently, here is a sample story it wrote in less than 10 minutes: In a quaint little house nestled amidst a sea of green, Ethan, a programmer, sat hunched over his desk. The chirping of birds and the rustling of leaves were the only sounds that accompanied the rhythmic tapping of his keyboard. The world outside his window was a canvas of nature's beauty, but Ethan's world was the glowing screen in front of him, filled with lines of code. As he was deeply engrossed in debugging a particularly tricky piece of software, he felt a light tickle on the back of his hand. Without looking away from the screen, he brushed it off, thinking it was just a stray hair or a breeze. But the tickle persisted. When he finally glanced down, his eyes widened in surprise. A vibrant green grasshopper, with intricate patterns on its wings, sat calmly on his hand, its antennae moving inquisitively. For a moment, Ethan was frozen, captivated by the unexpected visitor. The contrast of the grasshopper's vivid green against the pale backdrop of his skin was mesmerizing. But then, reality snapped back, and he shook his hand vigorously, hoping to dislodge the insect. When he looked again, the grasshopper was gone. He scanned his desk, the floor, even his keyboard, but there was no sign of it. Ethan scratched his head, puzzled. Had he imagined it? He even checked his coffee, wondering if he'd had one too many cups. The room was silent, save for the hum of his computer. Ethan leaned back in his chair, rubbing his eyes. "Am I going crazy?" he whispered to himself. The lines of code on his screen seemed to blur, mocking him. He decided to step outside for a breath of fresh air. As he opened the door, the cool breeze greeted him, and the vast expanse of nature stretched out before him. The trees whispered secrets, and the flowers danced in the wind. And there, on a leaf, sat the green grasshopper, looking right at him. Ethan smiled, realizing that sometimes, nature had its own way of reminding us to take a break, to step back, and to appreciate the world beyond the screen. He returned to his desk with a renewed sense of calm, a small smile playing on his lips. The grasshopper might have disappeared from his hand, but it had left behind a valuable lesson.

@@theancientsancients1769 no it doesn’t ? How does caffeine change when it’s combined with something else, if it changes to something else it’s not caffeine. O2 changing to c02 is not oxygen anymore lol . Caffeine will always be caffeine , the only part of green tea that gives u energy is the caffeine , and if you don’t understand that basic science either go back to study chemistry or don’t talk about something you don’t understand . Caffeine itself can increase anxiety , not saying it will but it can , it might be good for you but don’t preach something you don’t understand. Smoking can lower ur stress why don’t u preach that?

Dear Leon Hendrix, personally going to the library at a consistent rate whenever I want to work (have deep focus), I would go to a library. I feel like this helps a lot because then you see people around you that are also trying to finish their work you tend to want to finish your work as well. And if you go on social media you feel like you're the odd one out and you shouldn't be scrolling on social media (you feel guilt) because you're the only one doing so. I hope this helps.

Medicinal mushrooms are definitely a good addition. I take a mix of Reishi, Lion's Mane and Cordyceps. Also, Psilocybin Microdoses are great for focus. I like the Stamets protocol together with Lion's Mane and Niancin better than the Fadiman protocol. Thanks for the video and showing some alternatives I didn't know before Leon!

💩🤬💩this really makes me angry: kava is classified as "not suitable for consumption" in almost all european countries, because of "suspected liver damage". here, where i live, i have to order it from poland "to dye t-shirts". the downside is that it has become much more expensive, compared to a few years ago when it was still approved for consumption. kava is not only good for alcohol withdrawal, but also for insomnia and depression. i live in the city with probably the biggest legal drug festival: oktoberfest! guess how many get liver damage there?!?? 💩🤬💩
