Just about everyone on KZbin has heard of AG1- the purported powerhouse supplement chockablock with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. I am very proactive with respect to my health and wellness but also cautious. I don't jump on every new fangled craze or viral concoction (sorry TikTok)
I have tried AG1 for over a year and in this video I spill the beans and tell you how it made me feel, if I saw any results and if I would recommend it to you!
I am not sponsored and I don't have a code. The good and the bad.
Don't buy? or Give it a try?
Thanks so much for watching!

I really appreciate how important this video is. It really pairs well with the video mama Tenny made about when she overdid the vitamins and had a bad turn. She really educates us on her experience and how to balance out the supplements we take. I like how she looks for value and cost. How she looked at what she was taking and things that aren’t needed anymore. Also her message is what it’s done for her, she talks from experience and the heart, It helps us all to understand to take the best approach for ourselves. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences Nancy 😁.

@@MamaTenny Will do! I just ordered it and signed up - my probiotics are $50/month, AG1 $79/month - so I'm not exactly breaking the bank...lol

Thank you for posting this video! I have a couple comments and a couple questions (not really about AG1 even though I've wanted to try it for a long time). For one, your skin is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and glowing (especially in this video). Has your makeup routine changed since your beauty video or are you mostly using the same products? For two, I am so in awe of your discipline around fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I so appreciate your no nonesense approach and that your formula for success doesn't include a lot of exotic foods that aren't accessible to most people. They aren't even crazy expensive either!! Has this always been an intrinsic way of life for you or did it happen at a certain point in your life? I'm a 40 year old woman with a 2 and 4 year old who works full time in a job that can be emotionally draining. Needless to say, I'm very tired but I desperately want to be healthier with more energy for my children (because its what they deserve). I also want to be a good role model for them to lead healthy lifestyles as well. The trouble is I'm having trouble sticking to something... I do great for a few weeks or months and then fall off the wagon again. Having a picky toddler, preschooler, and husband doesn't help either. Do you have any words of wisdom or advice for sustaining a healthy lifestyle change and stopping the yoyo dieting? How were you able to make this a lifestyle for yourself? It seems like its just second nature for you. P.S.- Love you and your videos!! Please don't stop making them!!

Hi Dominika, thank you for your comments/questions! First off, cut yourself some slack, you really have your plate full! I found the toddler stage you’re at to be incredibly demanding-they’re still babies really! Skincare more or less the same. Good cleanser, exfoliating (gently) Vitamin C serum a must! Maybe I should do an update video! As for diet. I truly believe that if you can identify “sabotaging “ foods- the ones that are high calorie that you eat as a matter of routine or habit or acquired taste - this is a big step in ditching dieting! I’m talking about mayonnaise, butter on bread, on potatoes, regular bacon, too much cheese, cream&sugar in coffee/tea, etc. Really look at your meals- are you getting protein at every meal? You need to! Otherwise you’ll be hungry and you don’t want to be hungry and you don’t need to be! You need good healthy fat-but not too much. Learn to make trades- one fat for another, one carb for another. You just can’t have it all, all the time. I don’t have a weakness for sweets thankfully and I really watch out for excess sugar like in fruit bottom yogurt. Bottom line is that you can make sustainable changes that you can live with and never “diet”. If you “diet” and then go back to the same routine you had before when you weren’t happy, it’s just a yo-yo. Exercise wise you must be so strapped for time! Try getting your steps in however you can! I can see that you are committed and you’ll get there and figure out the logistics of it all but Rome wasn’t built in a day! Don’t overwhelm yourself. I wish you all the best! Your little ones are lucky indeed to have you xoxo

I heard about this product a while ago and also heard pros and cons but nothing in detail about it to the degree you spoke of. So I appreciate your input. It's something I've been curious about trying but yeah, the cost! Also I LOVE LOVE that it's New Zealand made because I personally believe they make the best products (ok so I'm bias having been born there and my heart will always belong to Kiwi land)!If only it was cheaper if be taking it daily I think. Thanks Mama Tenny 🥰 (PS, so sorry for delays and I think ive missed a video. Got a lot going on mental health wise so not on KZbin much) lots of love 💕😘

Thanks for the honest review. Sounds really valuable in some ways especially the gut and brain health and both my parents have Alzheimer’s. I’m worried it’s out of my budget so I’ve never looked into it.

this was good to hear your opinion, while both keltie and huberman have done deep dives into AG1 they're also main sponsors of the supplement so their could be some amount of bias in their opinions (honestly though your review had alot of similarities).... side note since its winter, having a few screw drivers will help with that vitamin C haha (vodka and orange juice).... happy holidays

Hi! Do you you use any facial gadgets or do any facial exercise or massages? Also, where do you buy ag1? Thank you ☺️
@MamaTenny
@MamaTenny 7 ай бұрын
Hi Gabby, I think you can only buy AG1 online at their site, I’ve never seen it anywhere else. As for facial gadgets, I did buy the facial rollers and the micro needling set. I have used both intermittently but not with any consistency. I’ve not tried the facial exercises but I’m sure they couldn’t hurt! I do like massaging while I’m cleansing to keep the circulation up but nothing specific. Thx for watching 😘

Ya, what the heck Bobby! I sponsored the video trying to get my content to viewers who may be interested and have yet to discover me. Supposedly KZbin uses their analytics to show to the right demographic (you?🤞🏼) AG1 did not pay or give me free stuff. Hence sponsored/unsponsored 🤪
