I tried following the daily diet and training of the 4x World's strongest Man Brian Shaw for 24 HOURS!
The day consists of 6 massive meals spaced 2 hours apart from each other. Total calories were just over 10,000! Crazy to think someone eats that amount on a daily basis.
Along with all the eating, I go to the gym and try Brian Shaw's push day routine (Chest/ Shoulders/ Triceps). It was a lot of fun and very similar to how I like to train.
