@@impish5192 How's that being jealous? If you can do a handstand you are just not a complete beginner, because complete beginners can not do a handstand. That's just a fact. A handstand isn't something you just try for the first time in your life and succeed.
@impish51923 жыл бұрын
@@malte54 "So, as you can se, I'm complete begginer in most of these movements" - 2:08 honestly if u cant hold at least 5 sec in handstand you are fat or extremely weak, also, as you can see, lawrie isnt neither of them and he has a teacher helping him with the form/excercise, there is no way to miss in that way. He isnt a complete begginer in exercises but a begginer at these movements and these jealous and probably unhealty people are trying to take this from him just 'cause he can do a backflip or 7 sec handstand. Tell me why this isnt jealously or such a cringe envy by these people

Whilst I fully understand that I''ve watched a ten minute advert for this gym, I think it's actually really cool that these types of gyms exist. I find calisthenics cool and it aligns lots of my strength goals, i just really much prefer a group exercise experience. So calisthenics exercise classes? Amazing! Not that I live in the right country. Or that any gyms are open in my country at all atm. Oh well, I'll just continue dreaming of rugby training returned before I start dreaming of indoor classes that don't exist. Oh covid.

Calisthenics is basically an alternative system to weight-lifting, I believe in the future both systems will merge into one, while only few traditional gyms will stick to the pure form of either of them.... as for suggestions: - bodybuilding or weight lifting for 30 days, but with a a twist; everyday you will try and review one relaxing activiy, like Sauna, steam bath, ice bath, acupuncture, medical leeches, cupping, different types of massage etc.... as these things should make your body less sore. - mental training excercises, like trying meditiation for 30 days, or playing puzzle video games, Jigsaws, or rubix cube etc..... can test how it improves brain functions like focus, IQ, memory etc..... - cooking class: can combine it with other challenges that don't require strict diets, see how much you can improve your cooking in 30 days.... could try to branch out more with another 30 days of pastries (bread and cake) or candy making etc....
