A big problem in our society is that our food is too tasty. Get used to the natural taste of these simple foods and you'll start to really appreciate the natural flavors and not crave the food that will make you gain unhealthy weight.

Wouldn’t say that it’s just so calorie dense. You can still eat a lot of good food that fills you up that’s less in calories and rich in protein compare 500 calories worth of chicken and rice vs 500 calories of some snack food like chips or cookies.

@@1dgram Exactly which is I count the calories and track macros which is all it really boils down to. Half a chicken breast with seasoning is roughly 300 calories combined with some white rice and grilled veggies total comes out roughly to 500-600 calories and super protein dense. Compare that to a mcchicken with fries and drink.

Tip from an physician, add a bit of cinnamon to black coffee because it keeps you fuller for longer plus it adds some taste to the coffee without any added calories

It is important to get hydrated first and then have coffee. Try, if you can, to have your coffee 45-60 minutes after waking up. This is because when we wake up cortisol is at its highest and by having coffee, we cause our body to produce even more. By having it a bit later, you also avoid having an earlier energy crash through the day. I used to be addicted to caffeine and this led to some health issues. Plus, if anxiety is something you have trouble in handling, this will also come in handy. Walking lunges is a motherfucker, sorry for my language there's no kinder way to describe it yet I love it.
