Not all extremes are equal though. You can be extremely talented or extremely inept. I can say one thing for certain though. It's easier to slow down exercising than it is to slow down the route you took to get severely obese. I've been on all three spectrums. From obese, to skinny, to muscular. The hardest ones to give up in order is obese>skinny>muscular. From an obese state, not eating your favorite things all the time almost felt like starvation. The hunger pangs were insane. The skinny state all it came down was mentality. You were just afraid to eat and if you ate, you'd bargain with yourself on what you can eat and what you'd have to not eat later on. The fit/muscular state, you'd have to fight against a lot of balance to maintain that physicality. From food, to water intake, to physical activities. It is the most draining to maintain therefore the most easy to give up. The other two previous ones had to do one thing, it's either you eat or you don't for the most part. If I had to pick one thing to be addicted to, it's the one that lets me save the ones closest to me from immediate danger. I can tell you being obese or very skinny doesn't let you do a whole lot of saving in any scenarios.

We are now approaching the year mark and she is 95 lb down. No drugs. No extremes. Just a small life adjustment with diet and exercise. My experience is pretty similar as well. losing weight is often started with a goal in mind. "look good this summer in a bikini", "be able to wear this dress", "compete in a bodybuilding competition" for example, and something you learn through the process is how it was never about the end goal. the goal NEVER ends, just has health does, it has to be maintained. I discovered through weight loss that my health increase mattered so much more to me than what my body looked like, and let's be honest, we kind of always find something about our body we don't like. I was proud of myself for dropping the weight I so desperately wanted to lose, but nothing could've prepared me for the things I learned throughout the journey about myself. It's not as dramatic as it sounds lmao.just some simple happiness made a huge difference, maybe the happiness was centered around my size, but it didn't matter. I was happier, and that slowly become my new goal. whatever this feeling was that the journey gave me I wanted to keep. it's not even about my appearance at all, I just wanted that feeling to stay around. feeling good about achieving a goal, feeling confident, appreciating myself for all I am. including in my body & mind, and feeling whole & like I had a purpose, I want that feeling forever & that isn't dictated by the scale or the mirror.

Psychotherapist here - I see alot of comments being critical at the extreme nature of this mans weight loss. Some even laughing at him. Whilst I'm no doctor and cannot comment on the stack this man is taking, he says it himself around 20:00 that he is not healing his trauma whilst doing this. Its clear hes being driven by shame and he has an awareness that his 'tunnel vision' is actually a way of keeping the trauma at bay and if he loses the comp he doesnt quite know what he'll do... Saying all this it is undeniable that he has focused on a goal and got some results. We're all doing the best we can and my hope is he learns about the pitfalls of being this militant and obsessive with diet and exercise (im sure he will). The good news is its easier to be less militant than it is to be more so. I wish him well! Also the video is about following the most extreme diet - definitely not an endorsement folks!

Most are peptides which are still banned but because are not approved by FDA but most of the things he's injecting won't take you to the Olympia stage, they're not testosterone derivatives such as masteron, primo, oxandrolone, tren etc. Glutathione is something that any natural can inject, same for carnitine, the injectable bioavailability is 10x better than capsules. Can he claim natural? OFC NOT I won't suggest anyone to take what he's taking but I understand the point of doing so in order to get in shape, I hope he doens't keep with this routine and maybe falls into real steroids territory.
