My wedding is next week and I am thinking of trying this or the IU diet. My overall goal is long-term weight loss, but for wedding dress purposes, I'm open to short-term diets like this one. Thanks for posting!

I feel like this diet isn't that horrible. You could use this as a start to a more long term diet, and then just substitute the food items to maintain a healthy eating plan. You could add more veggies, add more proteins or swap out the chicken for other proteins like fish or eggs and substitute the sweet potato with similar carbs like quinoa, chickpeas, beans, cauliflower rice...etc etc etc. At least that's my thinking.

@@thelondongreatescape I did 5 months ago and honestly I couldn't continue after five days, since I'm exercising heavily now I tend to eat intuitively, mostly clean. Good luck and don't starve yourself!

I definitely think this is a good base diet if you need a routine. It seems you could do it during weekdays and on weekends switch it up? To make it last, i feel like you would want to incorporate other foods too and just have these as your main ones. Good video though! I might try but sub chicken with something else since I’m vegetarian.

I feel the same. Maybe it's about calorie restriction and our brain are used to getting energy source from carbohydrates. If we cut off some foods that we used to eat, we feel this headache would last three days.

Sarah Mach hello! most people eat sweet potato because it is low on calories but high on nutrition!! it tastes good on its own but can keep you full for a long time so it’s a great meal replacement!! i haven’t really seen ppl replace with potato 🤔 but if you do try pls lmk ^_^ the resultssss
