If anyone does happen to want to improve their posture while sitting at a computer... gonna wanna have the monitors up a lot higher than where Kurtis has his! Needs to be at least eye level for when you're sitting up straight. When you have to look down at a monitor, it's hard not to slouch. I literally went digging through the back of a supply closet at work to find old regulation handbooks and things to stack under my monitor stands at work. Getting them up to eye level has helped a good bit. I still slouch a bit too much, but less than I used to and not as severe of a slouch.

Your hair, eyebrows, and mustache also looked a little bit fuller and healthier, but this also depends on the day, they most definitely just grew and you took care of them like a normal human being. fun fact: i learned a couple weeks ago that the climate your ancestors lived in affects how large your nostrils and nose bridge are. people in colder climates evolved to have smaller nostrils and higher nose bridges so that cold dry air wouldn’t be as painful to breathe, vs people in humid areas evolved to have larger nostrils bc the air is already humid enough for our internal airways. i went to colorado one time and was sick the entire time bc my nose was sniffin in too much dry air, but now i truly appreciate living in a humid place. we just got big noses so we can take in all that good, wet air
