For the dip your hands were on top of the bar,Hannibal had his on the angle part. Makes a huge difference...Also for the push up your hands were close to the chest, Hannibal's we're further forward. Would love to see you do an actual Collab, it would be Monumental.. Much Respect..

You're right about the dip but for the push up Austin did reg diamonds with leg in the air. Hannibal did forward leaning diamonds with his hands near his lower chest nearly at his stomach.

I did his routine a few hears back to prepare for bootcamp. I got to doing 30 rounds of 10 pullups 10 dips and 20 pushups than would amrap on just one of them every other workout. Did a lot of grease the groove style initially but than switched over to doing as many rounds as I could in 2hrs. It helped me get to 20 pullups straight without hangtime and 70 pushups. Helped that I lost a bit of weight to which makes doing calisthenics easier

Austin please help I don't know if my workout plan is working basically: Monday:Chin ups,Dips and pike push ups Tuesday:legs workout and full abs workout Wednesday:rest Thursday:Pull ups, chest workout and bar hang Friday:legs and abs Saturday rest and then repeat with chin ups on Sunday Please if you get the chance can you tell me if this is good as I am making progress but slowly like I am barely increasing pull ups and chin ups I'm not sure if it is down to the wrong combination of exercises or something external to the plan so any help would be great

@@flyxbox8536 i mean for me you should train one day pulling moves and the next pushing, then even legs. In the training day you pick up 1/2 exercises like in the pushing day you do push ups and tricep extentions bodyweight and you bring them to failure, to have DOMS the next day so you recover until they go away and when they have you just do more work
