Half and half water to apple cider vinegar, does exactly the same as all this over priced stuff. It also helps with spots and other complaints. I've been a barber for 7 years now, and nothing works as well as apple cider vinegar. Just put in a spray bottle, and apply to hair just before you wash it. Job done, and I've just saved you a load of money :)

Hey Carlos, thanks for the info. I'm always looking out for something to help with scalp irritations and will give this a go. Just FYI some other things I have personally found helpful 1. use beard oil on the scalp (obviously needs a dropper/pipette type cap) 2. take my beardbrand comb into the shower and gently comb hair and scalp to loosen any particles up, I started doing this for beardruff but helps also on the scalp

Had a friend in High School who couldn't shake it . Told him to use Selsun. It smells a little funny which he complained about initially but after the recommended 3 weeks of use he couldn't stop flipping his hair back n forth showing "LOOK NO DANDRUFF". Hasn't troubled him since two years on. I ain't kidding ,😂 you can get it in any pharmacy

Also unhealthy scalps can be due to blocked pores by excessive dandruff or sebum production from lack of cleansing the oil in your hair/products regularly. Irritation n unhealthy feeling can be attributed to excess yeast your body is producing or healthy shops describe it as a "Leaking Gut". It's recommended to take a shot of apple cider vinegar each morning . It's healthy for your gut, seals it n allows your scalp to get to a better pH level. Coconut oil can also help if you have thick hair as it has antiseptic properties. Been around the block with scalp conditions n antibiotics/steroid shampoos are only a temporary fix. You got to put the work in n a shot of some vinegar each morning goes a long way.

You should do something from inside, not from outside. I suggested to take vitamine E everyday - 200 UI minimum. For me it works pretty good.

For me, I use a Ketonazole Shampoo. Only use it twice/thrice a week. This is for really bad dandruff condition as it can cause you hair really dry. After the condition got better, you can use a more mild shampoo.

I had dandruff for days, really big flakes , My best friend is a hair dresser and has sold me everything on the market at cost that she though would help for a few years now, and I finally threw in the towel because nothing was working , Just for the hell of it I picked up some Dove mens care shampoo and conditioner from my local drug store and my dandruff has id say went from a snow storm to nothing at all....I had no faith in it at all, but my dandruff is gone .

I think the first time was good, but then he kinda went overboard with the bleaching and did it way too many times. He should have stopped at the first or second time, or did it less often
