I have a FirePro W5000 in my system and It's more than adequate for my needs and it's quiet. The specs according to "Techpowerup": Firepro W5000-2 GB GDDR5-256 bit buswidth The FirePro has a bandwidth of 102.4 GB/s, DirectX 12, single slot, does not require any additional power connector, its power draw is rated at only 75 W maximum. And uses a PCI-Express 3.0 x16 interface.

*I remember when I first got this, was a headache with the driver install, had to download the driver but then go to the GPU driver properties & install via pathway to the download file. I will update with the full steps if I can find the webpage that I found the steps from*

I can help. Just Google the driver you need, it will lead directly to the driver download page for AMD (example: driver AMD W4300). Next, download the driver and leave it in your download folder. Next, right click on your windows logo in the lower left and select Device Manager. From there, you should see Display Adapter, click that. You should see your GPU. Right click on the GPU and go to Update Driver. From there, you will click Browse and then navigate to your Download folder, select the driver you downloaded. Windows will finish the install. Now, some games(Warzone as an example) might not run with the regular drivers. I used the Nimez custom drivers and that solved the issue (but Fortnite will give you a warning every time you launch, but just click NO and you are still good to go). The Nimez drivers turned my W4300 into an R7...but whatever, it works great in budget flips.

Depends. Maxwell and below where actually better silicon that could run stable at far lower voltages. When you'd bolt on a proper cooling block from a gtx model you where able to reach clock speeds at voltages and temps the GTX owners could only dream about. With regards to more modern RTX A versions we don't really know because the bios files are hard to crack. But at least the RTX8000 has a normal power connector... So there's that I guess

depends on the games your trying to play and your system. it works if you don't have supplemental power for the card but if you do then I would recommend something like a gtx 970 as they can be found for $60 perform way better but for $30 which these w5100 go for it decent.

hd7790 gpu is wierdly underspecked graphic card chip, oficially there was never 4gb model trough refreshes like r7 260x or 360 but amd somehow made it trough firepro 4300 and 5100 so it should be possible to make 4gb 260x or 360 but nobody ever tryed, even though there was a ton of r7 240's with 4gb both ddr3 and 5 technically nothing is stoping this gpu to use moded drivers and get all the new features like fsr and pose as rx460/550 older brother( r7 300 series with nime drivers) 50W power limit is basically half of what this gpu can consume, so it should be long lsting model and i seen bios moded versions to go up to 75w so technically you can make it faster (if you trust your motherboard power delivery) this is very interesting gpu if not for framebuffer limit nowdays it would still be viable option for budget gaming, although integrated graphics in any 5th gen ryzen cpu can be faster

I am sorry my bro, but it is 2024 and we no longer have to suffer with such a low frame rate on 1080. I am totally against anyone wasting their hard earned $$ on this junk as opposed to have some patience, saves ya money and by a decent GPU-to buy this crap, then look to "upgrade" later and spend more money (after you spent good money on this junk) is just a poor approach.

I agree, but some times people want a real cheap PC and these work and flip easy.. I have found with alot of customers their price range is real low or they are on the edge of pc gaming and not sure if they want to spend alot of money to get into it and this gets them started. Eventually after several months they reach out, have a bigger budget and end up upgrading. I present both options and they always choose this first. It's why I find these. I don't focus alot on highend stuff cause it's hard to find that cliental..
