One thing a lot of people tend not to notice about the show is how it subtly establishes Steven's physical strength very early on. If you re-watch the series, you'll notice him casually doing things that require super strength (like smashing an arcade game with his bare hands, or lifting/moving people around him, just to name a couple off the top of my head). I think a lot of those details get overlooked on the first watch because most early ones can be written of as "cartoon logic/physics". But they are all quite deliberate when you're paying attention to it :D Just another example of this show being amazing!!!
