I Went to a BALL in Vienna! (Yes, an ACTUAL Ball!)

I got to go to the Philharmonic Ball in Vienna! This genuinely was one of my absolute best life experiences and I highly highly recommend it to anyone who has even the slightest interest! Trust me, this is worth it!

@chaysekaia2857 I think for most of them you can simply buy tickets (Google will probs be your friend here haha) but I'm guessing they'll be expensive 😅 although it does vary depending on which ball it is

@@chaysekaia2857For normal middle big balls you can buy the tickets online. You just have to know the name of the ball. The easiest way to find out as a foreigner is to contact the local newspaper. Usualy every bit bigger citiy has a "press ball" (Presseball) which are not super fancy but also not so expensive. The bigger historic cities more glamourus "opera balls"( Opernball) but they also cost a bit more. If you like alternative fashion I also recommend the "wave gothic festival" in the city Leipzig in germany. Biggest gothic festival in the world and they have a bi victorian picnic. Back in the days also a ball but not sure if it is still exists. Carnival in Venice is also a wonderful event but very crowded.

Then almost every year (sometimes even multiple). I've also been a debutant at several. Not every one of them is as beautiful, but you chose very well!
