However the documented evidence against them seems to establish they were well aware they were using someone else's assets, quickly found out they were someone's owned intellectual property, (for brevity I will use the initialism IP after) decided to continue the theft while also denying they did anything wrong. Then, well after they became 'aware' they had 'accidentally' stolen IP, they still promoted the game as their own work, even getting socmed influencers involved to assist them.

Only the sponsored youtubers who are paid will have their **videos** taken down, not their channels. he also states he will only directly take action on these youtubers if they choose to rebuttal the copyright claim legally. It might be maybe a bit too agressive but we also let all of the popular companies like nintendo do this. Im pretty sure taking things like this to court will also set up a precedent for future similar cases too which is always important for smaller businesses in general. I had the same shit happen to me when I was coding cheat menus, custom server side code, Admin control panels, and server-side anticheats for DayZ. I was selling my code and services as a full time job making up to $7k a week. So I decided I would give back to the community by publicly releasing some of my creations for free so people could learn from it. I released things like my older menus, a bunch of menu templates & script templates, lists of working scripting commands, lists of working class names, *how to" guides, and various tutorials so people had resources to learn from. I went way out of my way to help the community, even going as far as teaching groups or one on one classes to people who wanted to learn. My only stipulation was do not copy, alter the title or similar components to trick people into thinking someone else was the creator, distribute, or misrepresent my work in anyway, especially to sell for a profit and/or doing so without giving proper credit to Me and anyone else who I may have credited in my work. This Australian kid bought a one on one class with me on the basics of DayZ scripting. I spent about two hours screen sharing and teaching him on Skype. Then a week or so later he took one of my free released versions of my dayz cheat menu and straight up just changed the font color, the title, and my name to his. Then he sold it to a shit ton of people for like 5$ each 😂. I confronted him about it and he just kept denying it even though I sent him a copy of his renamed version that one of my loyal customers bought specifically because he heard some kid named kosmo was going around selling my menu and telling people he made it from scratch. I even showed him a line from "his" menu and asked him what it does and he had no idea, because that line of code did nothing, I added that code to all of my free releases as a little easter egg that only I would understand, I added It specifically so that if I suspected someone copied my shit I could look at the code and if the easter egg line was there I immediately knew someone not only copied my shit but literally just copy and pasted it without even looking at the code or knowing anything about how the code works (they just changed the title and credits). Lmoa 😂 dude was such a clown-shoe. But for real it pissed me of that he was selling my free version to everyone when I clearly stated the free version was for learning or personal use. It's cool tho I got him banned off all the DayZ, Arma, and cheatcoding forums

I lost both my parents and a lot of really good friends but my brother is the only one who's been with me for through it all. My brother just recently moved out of the house we've been sharing and it really feels like a major loss but at least he still comes around sometimes. After he left I felt so depressed I was trying to overdose daily and damn near killed myself with drugs and then almost died from benzo and opiate withdrawals, had a seizure they had to evac me from the detox center to the ER, but when I was on the edge of death he came to see me in the icu and snuck in his vape for me to hit even tho it got him kicked out of the hospital. I really took being that close to death to realize I actually wanted to live and was just hurting really bad. I don't really know where I was going with this but I'm sure your going through some intense emotions. Just try to keep your head up and enjoy the little things. Remember he lives on now through you and the other people who loved him. The more you think about the good times you had the more he lives on. In the end we are all a singular entity made of pure love and energy just currently compartmentalized into multiple physical bodies. We are all connected, all one being experiencing itself from every possible perspective. I am him and he is you and you are him and you are me. I and I together forever loving eachother as one 💜🖤💜

In life, not very many times do you get a chance to right a wrong and correct a mistake you’ve made; often times it’s just immediate consequences or punishment. They saw that opportunity, laughed and spit in your face disrespecting you and your hard work, disregarding that chance. That shows a lot about their character. It seems to me that it's the standard operating procedure nowadays, to disregard laws and consequences, and almost want to do it to spite others. Being mean and do wrongful things to each other seems to be en vogue. I think it has a lot to do with the current political climate on one hand, and the effects of social media on the other. It seems that when faced with two courses of action, one virtuous and one vicious, many people would willingly and gleefully choose the latter. Obviously we don't know the situation and everyone's personal experiences are different, I'm still afraid that with how dystopian things are getting, people's mental health will continue to suffer. Most people also have next to nothing in terms of mental health services; all most of us really have, is each other. I've lost close friends to the same thing and I've never gotten over the guilt.(not even after fifteen+ years.) Please be there for your friends and family. Take the time to clear any problems up. Learn to be emotionally literate and try to understand what kind of things are more likely to affect people. I find the whole "thoughts n prayers" thing utterly meaningless but if the dev sees this somehow, please know I share in the horrible pain you are feeling now. From what i can see this is an Italian company. You may find it hard to pursue as american law is not applied outside territories not owned by the U.S. This 10-99 thing is completely an american thing for example. If i was a promoter of the game and receive profits and im a non american i dont see how i would be liable in any way. Im no expert on copyright works but i think of examples like how Burger King had to change name to Hungry Jacks in Australia as spmeone else already filed for the rights to the name. If an american tax paying citizen got paid to promote thos foreign company it may be hard to prove that this guy knew beyond doubt that he was promoting stolen assets. I think you will find it hard to pursue such individuals. Im by no means at all defending them just trying to look at it rationally. I worked with a company that sat years in legal battle in a similar issue. When laws crosses borders it gets messy.

At least reach out and contact these creators instead of hitting that strike button which could ruin years of time from a simple mistake. Take your anger out on the dealers, not the users bro. Mutahar (some ordinary gamers) once sponsored a VPN that ended up leaking a lot of people's info. He made it right by counteracting it with a video and warning people it was wrong, no one tried to have his channel terminated from a mistake.
