It's always a good day when Iasmina uploads a new video. Nice to see you again, nice to see you're doing so well! As always, I'm motivated by your dedication to the craft. :) Didn't do Camp Nano this month, but I've spent the summer traveling around and getting back into some of my other hobbies. Have been drawing and journaling during my travels, so I guess it's kinda like chronicling my journeys and experiencing things to write about... Kinda? I feel like I always struggle with balancing staying inside writing/reading vs. going out and seeing things that'll make my writing richer. At least my notebook is now full of story ideas for November this year. (Or maybe it's just stuff to make people say "What's wrong with you?" if I lose it somewhere.)

I think there's definitely a balance we need to strike as writers between shutting ourselves in and writing, and then going out and experiencing life, which makes us better writers anyway. And I have periods when I do one of each too much so i also struggle with that balance. I either don't write for months at a time, favouring a different hobby or just going out and travelling and such, or i don't see the light of day for weeks or months at a time (living in Denmark doesn't help with that since we don't see the sun for most of the year 😅).

Thank you! I am doing well, just pivoted a bit to focusing more on the writing and other things in my life instead of making videos, but I still definitely want to upload, it's just probably not going to be a weekly occurrence anymore because it takes a lot of time and energy that I'd rather spend on writing more things instead 😊.

Great to see Nanowrimo was a succes for you! And I loved seeing your dog, not a pup anymore 🥰 It seemed she was spooked by the cleaning robot? We have one too and although my two dogs usually don't mind, it has bumped into them a couple of times... Super funny to see their surprised faces

Haha yeah she usually doesn't mind it but she got spooked because it bumped into her. She hates the normal vacuum cleaner though 😅 I really tried to train her not to mind but she still growls and follows me around when I use it, trying to...idk protect me from it? 😂 It's kind of cute but also annoying.
