I have a friend who has been doing intarsia with different types of wood. She does amazing work. Never thought about doing it with stones, beautiful piece.

New gadgets are always neat. I'm a numismatist and have a variety of magnifiers but not one of these, yet. Cheers from Hubtown, thanks for the content! Btw the pulsating pink thing is obviously the heart of the rock, cool! Lmao

It looks like a boy in that intarsia piece. The eye was pulsating. Great video, Jason! Love those specimens!

Are the pictures as clear as the live video? I've seen some digital microscopes where the still pictures are lower quality than the video.
@RockhoundingLifeАй бұрын

Great addition to your shop! With your ever expanding "facets" to rockhounding/lapidary, do you still have a favorite aspect to it all? Also what is your favorite rock or mineral to collect?
@RockhoundingLifeАй бұрын
I find that when I try a new aspect it becomes my favorite thing until I find the next aspect if you know what I mean. Right now i'm into collecting different shades of chalcedony and making jewelry out of them.
