How to cook chicken legs in a pan
How to achieve the tenderness of chicken legs and an incredibly rich taste? Just two steps you need to know: first fry them to caramelize the crust, then simmer them with the other ingredients. I am sure that this simple dish will become one of your favorites. Stewed drumsticks are perfect for boiled pasta and your favorite cereals. Eat in a bite with a vegetable salad or simply with bread. Yummy! Of course, I chose drumsticks from TM "Nasha Ryaba" because I was at their factory and am confident in the quality of the meat.
Ingredients for cooking stewed drumsticks
7 shanks TM "Nasha Ryaba"
250 g of mushrooms
250 ml of sour cream
50 ml of water
1 Art. l. coriander
salt to taste
sunflower oil for frying
