@@BrightLord1823 ....It's BECAUSE IT'S BATMAN! Lol. But yeah nah yeah, I had the exact same thought when I first saw the movie in 9th grade..."Why is there a Bollywood fight scene in Gotham? Do 9mm bullets expire like food does? How will a starving group of trapped cops even be able to throw a punch without being administered IV first?". In fact, even the Epic Bombs on the Boat scene in Dark Knight didn't make much sense to me...I always thought that if the Joker had instead put Democrats in one boat and Republicans on the other, nobody would've bought the optimistic "realism" of the scene. Then everything WOULD have burned. I think Nolan and Tarrentino are the best action movie Hollywood Directors of our generation but are polar opposites in terms of their narrative philosophy. While Quintin Tarrentino brings out the humanity of Nihilistic Characters yet keeps the Nihilistic setting and tone of the movie, Nolan does a more traditional 'bring out the inherent optimism of humanity into the setting to then change the character's motivation' or to justify their motivation. This is why, Tarrentino's characters and their motivations seem more real and grounded even if the actually insane plot is about 10 Jewish Commandos burning down the Reich or 50s Actors n Stuntmen obliterating the Manson family. That is why, despite the brilliance of Interstellar and the Dark Knight, I still consider Quintin Tarrentino to be the better storyteller.

YES! The part I hated most about Thor: Ragnarok was was when Asgard, Thor's lifelong, cherished home, blew up. Korg just had to make a quip right then, which ruined the immersion of what should have been a poignant, reflective, can't-turn-back moment. An entire society is now planetless and the writers just _had_ to shove a teehee in there. If the writers are making light of and don't want me to feel too sorry for Asgard exploding and displacing thousands of people, then how can I be expected to feel deeply for anything else shown after? You've just set the emotional bar for your movie. And that's the story of why I've never really had the urge to watch Ragnarok again.

Nah come on, guys lol That's like if Taika Waititi or whoever did this Marvels garbage and this modern stuff was doing it. You can't say if Batman was done by the Russo Bros, for example, that it would be trash. Like let's keep it real here, boys. There's Marvel Marvel and then there's Disney Marvel💀
