Aileen Diaz I think the worst are Cupcake Wars and Donut Showdown because they're so quick they usually play a few of them back to back and there's no commercial between the end of one and the beginning of the next so I'm just like "well, no use in looking for anything else now" and next thing I know it's like 5 hours later. And no matter how annoyed I get with the people on House Hunters or other shows like it, I've convinced myself there's nothing better on anyway haha.

How am I going o fit my king size bed and giant television in a house built during a time when people were thinking of necessities and weren't thinking about technology?"
@zeverain9 жыл бұрын
I know HGTV is really unsympathetic to old houses I mean I've seen some of there shows brutalize houses that hadn't been changed one bit since they'd been built, they're getting a bit better though since Rehab Addict got popular. I remember one house they wanted a "southern charmer" the realtor literally took them to an old plantation and they complained it felt too old and not southern enough...

If that "house" was really in West Hollywood, that price $400k is pretty accurate. (That looks like a neighborhood far less desirable than WeHo, but whatever.) In fact, a 2BR would likely be more like $500k in West Hollywood, even for a dumpy one like that. A beautiful, modern, renovated one would be around $1 million. It's just getting insanely expensive in Los Angeles.
