At worse, it would be illegal firearms possession (CA limits pistols to 10 round magazines) and illegal carrying of firearms (California requires a permit to conceal carry) on top of probably manslaughter charges for deaths that are preventable. This would be a case that goes to trial for sure.

But in a scenario in which everything was found out, then they would probably be able to say that the FIB told them to do it and therefore don't have as much problem related to those cases. No. The reason some people get like 1000 year sentences is to ensure they never get out. The thing with life sentences is thst they can be forgiven. So if your cake is 100 years in reality you might get out after only 20 years or so.

Franklin has the paperwork on the first repo but runs from the police for some reason anyway. (Probably expecting to not have his story believed.) Entering sealed property such as the Vago's and Michael's house is not legal. Maybe the legal process would involve police and a warrant for the property as it would still be owned by Simeon until paid off. Simeon's contracts are shady for sure, but might actually be legal. I forgot Franklin attaching the hooks. The coke on Hood Safari, is not enough to be distributed, but they still intended to distribute it. The charge of distribution could be fought on lack of amount, but they have possession for sure.
