You are the 1st person that has done this challenge and recommended the book. I didn't know there was a book. But i will order it. I definitely want to do this for discipline purposes so maybe with understanding the why through the book I will jump into it. Idk, I'm just a person that has to make sense of everything lol. Thanks for the feedback! Start early! I would have 3 of the task done within 1 hour of waking - progress photo. 1st workout and 10 pages of reading.
