Peter Diamandis! You are one of my main heroes! I'm 88 and your message resonates so strongly with me. With many friends receding into inactivity and 'I'm just getting old" mindsets, I need to internalize what you are saying even more. Thank you for enriching this gift of life that I have!

Amen! I always say that I’m getting older; not old. Old is a destination just before death. At 52, I’m finally embracing my grey but I have tight skin (or baby face). People continuously tell me that I look like I’m in my early-to-mid-30s depending on if I dye my beard black. Aging is awesome… not a life sentence.

Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life-think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success.

1:38:50 peter, please study how yogis can live only on 4 hours of sleep a day. i am pushing 70 and have lived on 5 hours of sleep a day since 35 years ago. i am active the whole day, not allow myself unnecessary or unrelenting stress, and practice moderation in most things. so, when bed time comes, it does not take long for me to get my repair and maintenance rejuvenating deep sleep. there are so many wonderful goings on in the world, it feels so good to be able to have that extra 3 hours a day to enjoy them, such as listening to this 1:5-hour long podcast. thank you so much for the wisdom you share, and your heart to make this world a better place. blessings be to you from on high.

For the last few months, I've been taking one tablet each day of NMN-Vitruvin Health supplement. I'm astounded to discover that my metabolism now functions as well as it did when I was a younger. Other outcomes aren't nearly as visible yet, but I saw a significant boost in energy and concentration. I'm going to order another few rounds from their website. It took around just 3-4 days to see a difference.

The biggest problem humans have is that we are so divided, selfish and pitted against each other. We create medicine, commercialise food for selfish gain rather than genuinely help fellow humans achieve optimal health. Otherwise we could even live without aging.

I always thought aging was a term to describe a process that is the life span. Decaying of the cells happen because they lose their peak efficiency in a wear and tear manner. Rejuvenation, regeneration, and illumination used to be alchemical processes to describe metaphysical alterations. The legend of the Chinese Man who was on record as living to 256 is one that you can infer was a lifestyle of simplicity and connection with nature. There are probably others who lived very long lives in rare situations. Death is itself, also a psychological process. People can in many cases will themselves to live or to die. The interview was interesting. CRISPR certainly pushes the envelope along with some of these other questionable tactics people desire to use to maintain their glamorous lives. Using young blood to "enrich" old blood is also one of those tactics that invoke ethics considerations. This new technology also delves into transhumanism for certain. People should choose wisely. There are always consequences for our choices, especially those of this magnitude.

Nobody has a garantee to live longer than what has been programmed for you.. Only has to live a healthy life as soon as possible in your life.. No smoking, healthy food, no stress, a happy caracter live like that at least untill 80 years at least.. Next to moving your body as much as possible... That is the key for a good life... No need injections nor anything... Can use your money in taking some nice weeks on holydays instead of investing in the doctor.. 😃

The sad thing about all that is, there is no benefit for humanity as a whole, only the rich will be able to use that tools. He's talking about millions as if it is a spare change, so until someone explains how every human can get there, there is no reason to hype about it.

Then I guess that you were not listening closely because it was said loud and clear! But here we go again for your benefit.... "Everything that comes out at first benefits the few who can afford it! Cars, Fridges, TVs, rotary phones, cellular phones.....and then when a critical mass is reached in sales and innovation occurs....then prices drop dramatically to the point where almost everybody can afford that object. Cases and points are listed above.....the common cellular phone which almost everyone owns now, even in 3rd world countries has much more power than the computers that had powered men to the moon just a few decades ago. Can you remember what the first computers and cellular phones had cost?

@UCBxgEL8-GJw5_SU7uA-b5Og Not really! That was either an extraordinary release of suppressed word salad with limitless obfuscations (I hope that it had made you feel better because that was a lot of gas), or you do not have your most basic thoughts in order! I will just make two observations because that is all that I could discern of your aimless rambling thoughts: - Human lives and human possessions cannot be separated. Sure! Some people will always have more than others, far beyond their personal needs, and it will always be that way. Absolutely nothing will or can change that! It should be noted that in free countries it is these very same "rich" people who grow wealth and make these countries (and their envious complaining citizens) wealthy. - On procreation....The world is actually moving into a population collapse. Most nations' birth rates are below sustainability. Japan, China, and Russia are in desperate shit!. Very few countries have growing populations....and those that do are usually desperately poor countries where sex is the only enjoyment from an otherwise bleak and miserable life and birth control is not a thing! And remarkable, once those countries get above the poverty level then birth rates dramatically fall....as females rightly refuse to be walking maternity wards! Bangladesh is a very good example of this scenario!

Never found the bodies or skeletons of those people who were supposed to have lived that long so I will assume that no one had ever lived that long....probably a different way of calculating time and hence the discrepancy. I very much doubt that Moses lived much older than 40.....which would have been a magnificently old age when most of the people around that time died between 30-40 years of age.

i could live 5,000 years no problem. If i could live longer, i'd go into space for long travel times or stay on earth and study or just sleep for hundreds of years like a ancient dragon.

1:12:26 i am with elon. one does not have to live long to fulfill his purpose just like cells to give way to new human beings. i would go for investing our resources and time in finding ways to help people be healthy at the end of their lives and not malinger from illnesses.

My passion and purpose is to eradicate poverty in Africa starting with Igbo land I want to start with Igbo tribe. This will be done with poverty eradication scholarship funds for the best and the brightest kids in Igbo land who would promise to pay it forward to 3 other people when they get a job. When our plan works poverty will be gone from Africa and thus the world in 20 years. Wouldn’t that be be nice. In the mean time I started a school in Africa and I need help with every aspects. I find that kids cannot pay money and we would like to make it free for two hundred kids. We need help. We have arts and craft section and we would like to sell the arts and Croft to raise money for the school.

High pressure, 2.4 atmospheres, hyperbolic chamber therapy will make your body produce stem cells. Then the stem cells act like repair men going through the body fixing what is broken. Study up on this yourself.
