As Coach Blac says, if they really love you they’re not gonna leave you. I have been dealing with this myself because I had an 11 year relationship that ended a few months ago. What I have learned through this is to make sure that I learn my value as a man , and improve upon myself for me , not her. If she comes back and she has a really good reason and I guess that’s icing on the cake. But until then focus on yourself stay in no contact :)
