Great job. I love preparing my plantain fufu this way as it heps to keep the soft consistency after some time unlike the regular pounded version. Next time let the fufu cool down Abit and also apply a little water to the base of the asanka to make the fufu have a smooth finish.You did 💯

The mashing bowl, a.k.a asanka, must be wet, sprinkle a little water into it before you put in your fufu, and when forming your fufu in the mashing bowl, don't press too hard.
