You know, in an ordinary superhero comic, the Pro-Gun rally would be used as a plot that brings each character's personality to the forefront. Like some of them would stick back and try to keep themselves occupied elsewhere (since it's kind of a legal gathering), while the more hot-headed or deeply-affected members (especially if their siblings or best friends were harmed during the shooting) would try to disrupt the rally, forcing the more level-headed members to try and restrain them. Cue the world watching in shock as the two groups fight amongst themselves, with the ultimate outcome and some of the reactions providing plot threads for further down the line.

These "heroes" are no different then that team Superman went up against (The Elites). Characters with superpowers that call themselves heroes, but in reality they're nothing but arrogant brats that use their powers whenever it benefits them and think that they can do whatever they want. At least in that movie, they were called out as the villains that they were.

Hell when you get your gun there are 5 places you can't take your gun, 1. A SCHOOL, 2. A place of worship, 3. A Bank, 4. Any Government building, 5. Anywhere where there is a sign prohibiting them. Only exceptions are 1. You are security or a cop protecting the premises. 2. You have permission from the employer of the establishment. 3. A law is changed. Also Background checks for exist and are very very Thorough. Hell even if you were to ban guns, they would still exist, I point to Prohibition, and the failed war on Drugs as evidence.

Nah man, this time it will be different, just look at this other country that banned guns but is not the same as America and still has other serious problems that taking guns away won't help! Totally would just erase guns from existence if we just banned them and no one will ever want to kill people again.

I have to say: the Plato's Republic comment had me puzzled. I've had to read that in both english and latin, and admittedly it's been a while since I last read it but I cant think of anything in his book that would remotely support or justify this crap comic. 🤔 so... to what are you referring?

"the power to restore order" or disolve it.

What would be real ironic is if somehow they managed to find a way to replicate these teens' superpowers with their consent and then one person unintentionally kills a bunch of innocents with their new powers. Then the government wants to step in and strip people of these abilities the same as they want to do with guns.

I realize superhero names are getting harder to come up with as everyone makes more superheroes. I've struggled with names while seeing names I came up with in middle school being used, even the good ones. But Wave, Viral, Paper Doll, and Mashup? That's what you came up with? Really? And if the Twitter @ actually is supposed to be part of their superhero names that's even dumber. And these are the pros in superhero comics?
