After 25 years on statins, my calcium heart score went to 905. I found a study in Holland that revealed statins CAUSE high heart calcium. Thanks medical "experts!" My heart felt like it was laboring to beat because it was turning to cement! After Dr. Berg's Keto, K2 and EDTA for 8 months, my heart is totally relaxed and I can barely feel it beating. Despite strenuous wok, no heart issues. Passed my nuclear stress test with flying colors. But, the first thing my "new" cardiologist said was, "We need to get you back on a statin." So, I fired him. The vascular doctor said that the meds that he put my husband on, are supposed to get rid of the blockage….but you say there’s a study that shows that statins can cause calcium build-up….basically, a blockage?! For anyone with chronic AF (atrial fib), I found a way to completely eliminate it. I used to have to take metoprolol to calm my heart down. But then I researched it and here is what’s working: 1. Fenugreek - raises testosterone by blocking estrogen. 2. Ashwagandha- an adoptogen that supports the nervous system and relieves stress. 3. Turmeric/curcumin- anti inflammatory, antioxidant, and thins the blood I’m not exactly sure which one is doing the job- I suspect all of them have a part. But I no longer have any kind of arrhythmia and it’s been several months.

Thank you for these very informative and educational videos. Saw cardiologist yesterday, second visit, and she approved my request to stay off beta blocker and use of magnesium, potassium, COQ10 and fish oil, with plant based diet and exercise. I had experienced sleep disturbance with the beta blocker and I felt additional palpitations. An ER doc had recommended magnesium for palpitations after normal Ekg (before I saw the cardiologist.) I noticed feeling better with the magnesium. Your videos gave me the knowledge for use of these wonderful supplements to approach cardiologist with my request. Otherwise, she was going to prescribe a channel blocker. I see her again in 6 mo. I will add your D3 and K2, Wheat Grass Juice Powder and Galbladder Formula to my regimine when it arrives. It seems like our physicians just want to prescribe meds rather than go a natural route or even investigate the cause of the problem. Thank you so much Dr. Berg for your videos.

Is there such a professional as yourself to not only focus on current deficiencies as well as the entire body. A guide of recommended foods, vitamins, herbs etc. should be consumed daily. A simple diagnosis and prognosis. I should have been a doctor and learned all about this stuff. Thank you for all you do.

There is also a factor that poor oral hygiene contributes to heart problems. Triclosan in toothpaste disturbs balance of oral bacteria and makes some bad bacteria resistant which easily leaks from gums to the heart creating all sorts of problems.

I think I need to listen to this multiple times. GREAT information. I love Dr. Berg's great ability to teach a lot of information quickly and clearly to help people understand a lot of basics. He is very motivating and positive as well. I've been mixing Dr. Berg's teaching with my study of Dr. Jack Kruse's work to get even more Mitochondria, more Circadian Biology, more Physics, Nature and Light, Water and Magnetism. They are very different but both share a lot of practical help. I believe most important physical health follows spiritual health which believe is a top priority not only in this life and for our mission here but for eternity. God who know's all the knowable has gifted these men with ability to help those who are seeking and who will keep learning to aid in motivation for practical application.
