@@eric7359 well all the type of push ups in this workout works your triceps (hence arm workout) but also the front delts, chest, abs. The biceps curls works mainly your biceps and your forearms

Hear me out guys, I'm 14 years old and i do this workout video 2 times in the morning (before school) and 2 times at night (before bed) So i do this workout video 4 times a day In 2 months i've seen huge progress, my arms are more bigger and i'm definitely way more stronger NEVER GIVE UP GUYS!!!!

Spent 6 months doing Igor's programs without changing my diet. 0lbs lost. Moderately cut back on sugar, and I'm down 16lbs so far.

Day1: Beginning, did it rn at evening and went to sleep super fast Day2: Done, even if i didnt want to Day3: Getting stronger Day4: Done Day5: Done Day6:bruh got sick🗿 Day7: back on the grind, stronger than ever Day8: done Day9: done Day10: rode a bike Day11: done Day12: Done Day13: Done Day14: done, and 2 weeks in! Ive never lasted longer on a plan! Day15: done Day16: after a 5 day break, im back on the grind Day17: raisin the weight, done Day18: done Day19: done Day20: done Day21: 3 weeks in! Done! Day22: donee Day23: done Day24: rest day! Day25: break! Day26: took a few rest days off ( i was travelling!) And now im back again Day27: done Day28: done Day29: done Day30: wow, a month has passed... DONE! Part 2 Day1: havent done this in weeks, thought it was much easier than before! Also i finally bought dumbbells! Day2:done

I definetly needed this video , my arms have become so weak because i let myself go , now i can hardly do 4 pushups. Last summer for example i could do 20 without even sweating but now... I also didnt go to a gym, i just used to swim 50 meters then come back without touching the ground every day but since summer ended my body became weak. So i started home workout by watching Igor , and i wont stop anytime soon

This is a legit workout. It’s does not seem like anything at first but seriously. 3 weeks later I noticed my upper arms legit have more muscle than fat. I personally did it every Monday Wednesday and Friday but seriously just keep doing this and as long as you do ever exercise right and keep it consistent you will se progress in a few weeks

I can't do a regular pushup so i did it on my knees, im not giving up one day i will be able to do one i know I can :) 💪🏻 Update: i feel stronger but still i can be stonger Update: OMG OMG I DID IT! I DID MY FIRST REGULAR PUSHUP I CAN'T BELIEVE IT !!!! It was only for one minute tho :) but god it felt so good to see progress

For every chads who got what you wanted and who gonna do what you want Dont just watch this and then do nothing, that waste time, don't get bored when you got stronger is the time when it just started and i don't care how tough you are. @@faizanibnshahid6592 Like with any other workout, this should be done minimum 2x a week and maximum 3, depending on how much you want your arms to grow. It will make your arms grow, but if you want them even bigger, you will have to start weight training, this is meant to opitmise your arms for strength, not aesthetic. If you are ever confused on how often to do any exercise, including this one, remind yourself that in order for your muscles to grow after a workout that strains them, you will need a minimum of 36 hours rest for that muscle group, other wise you will not see much improvement.

@@abdirahmanabdiassis8994 that can work, just not as efficiently, you need to keep at it over a period of time, if you do it too much, your muscles will not grow as effectively as with rest, muscles build during rest not during exercise

I just started today I will give you guys notes of how it's going for the people that might wanna see if the result is good or no . Just to tell you I am a guy with skinny arms but I play a lot of sports so I do a lot of excersices.I hope I can do it for the next 30 days and give you guys the results.

Day 2 : Normal , some excersices like the diamond push ups are too hard for me so I try to do the most I can and then I continue with knee diamond push ups. It feels as hard as the first day but yea hope that changes.

hi bro i started 5, 6 days ago. I started with 0 knee push ups and 0 pull ups. Now i can do 15+ push ups 3 chin ups. I'm calisthenic by the way.(I did inclune push ups to do normal push up)

Day 5 : I feel a lot stronger than before . Now most of the push ups I do them normally and not on my knees. Can also see a difference in my biceps , not too big but bigger than before.

@@oke293 well I got injured on day 7 , while playing football(soccer) so yea I couldn't do the workout, but I will restart soon
