A good alternative for this would be pentamont, for a similar psqft you get an actual mont kiara address instead. Unless you need something smaller

Jom Cars but I wonder about the workmanship Trinity vs TA Global.
@themarkfrancis935 жыл бұрын
Sean Thong yes that’s true, end of the day it depends on the contractor. Just because TA global is good, does not mean their contractor selected is. Most big developers outsource the work. Only way is to research contractor

Hi Sean, glad to see your video which is very interesting for Malaysia property review. I am staying in an old condo along the same road with Alix. Recently looking for an upgrade nearby my home. ALix seems a good option but still have to wait to 3 years and the price could be quite steep for me. What do you think about Concerto? Did you review it before? I couldn't find much review but saw some owner's complain of their bad workmanship and no luxury feel . Please advise. Thanks 😊

I haven't do review that property yet unfortunately. But I would advise to check the property directly via appointments. Thanks for watching JH=)

I have this newly completed project i would like to propose, located 1km to Mont Kiara exactly beside MK and 4km to Desa Park City. Note that this project isn't North Mont Kiara. Price ard RM5xx/SF for spacoius hilltop resort home. I hope you can spend your time to visit this Hidden Gem. If interested Call/Whatsapp me at 012-909 0430 for more information & Actual Unit Viewing. Thank you.

Hi Sean, enjoyed watching your videos. Can you do a review for D'Vervain Residence (Exsim Project) at Damansara Perdana and can you do a review on Empire City properties? Does it have the potential to sell now after Exsim takes over the project? I appreciate your valuable insight on this.

But it is not built yet, is it? Not for about three years? Believe me the USA is not looking real good these dats, did not enjoy Canada (my birthplace but moved to the US in 1967) Malaysia might be tempting but we have to get through this stupid coronavirus thing. I am not joking about Malaysia being an alternative. I was looking at Dubai but for various reasons Malaysia might be a better alternative.

Dubai is very expensive - and ridiculously hot. But Malaysia - was doing great under Dr M - he was undoing many of the bad deals Najib did with China. Unfortunately he had to hand over power - and somehow the old party is now back in charge so it's only a matter of time before they are cozying up to Beijing again. I was looking to move to KL and create a Tech company - but probably won't now. Great video - I looked at their site - I like the B1 layout. And I guess I'm in the minority - I liked the style. Oh, and of course the tennis court and proximity to KLCC/Bukit Bitang. Sean, I hope you're doing well - the MCO is obviously making it impossible to create new content.

Great place and named for me.Honesty. Met Joo Kim Tiah in Vancouver and at one point praised his Trump Tower in an email and he said You inspire me to do more. I guess I did. Mixed feelings but an incredible building and a blessed idea with schools and the proximity to public transport, My fampusr blog is alexismcbride.com Later, hope it sells well and I have offered to appear at Alix Theatre upon its opening.
