Can you imagine how much talent B.I has to be able to write these songs, considering he’s been training since 12 or 13 (I don’t remember exactly), and he didn’t really get to experience a lot of things. School drama, first love, first breakup, etc. and yet he was able to create these beautiful songs. Goodbye road also blew my away when I read the lyrics. I love the well wishing for your ex-lover. For me, it’s kinda related to I’m OK, but goodbye road is for the time you try to move on while in I’m OK, the breakup is still fresh.😅

fun fact: AIRPLANE was inspired by a uncomfortable airplane seat and Hanbin/B.I their previous leader/main producer wrote it 10 mins before their flight departure. I LOVE YOU TO DEATH BUT IN THE END I DID NOT DIE remians one of my favorite lyrics from Hanbin, he's really good at composing tragical but relatable lyrics, I'M OKAY should be next on your list cuz that song in particular hits in many ways and in a deeper kind of level.. Again thank you for this, i always look forward to your reactions with YG Artists and iKON is one of the most underrated group out there, they even make their own choreos (Hanbin, Donghyuk and even Jinhwan participates too) And also they're one of the few groups that mainly compose and produce their own songs, that's how involved they are in their music plus their music genre is very diverse considering they're originally a hiphop boy group.... And also JUST GO Japan live performance too, it has a lyrics on it but no MV.. that song is perfect if you want to hear more from their incredible vocals.. BTW even their rappers can really sing amazingly too.... And JUNHOE's name is actually pronounced as JU-NE( literally NEH not NII/NIE or HOE, silent HO) but no worries most people getting introduced to iKON has experienced the JUNHOE confusion before it's just that some of us who's been with them since 2013(WIN, their first Survival Show) learned how to properly pronounced it cuz Hanbin and Junhoe himself tries to correct it every chance they can.. looking forward to your iKON guide and dance practices reaction too.... i can guarantee you they're amazing dancers who creates their own choreos, and they dance with their heart outs too specially to these ballads....

Well, for me the "nanana" part on goodbye road is very uplifting my mood after the sadness of the entire song. I don't know about y'all but, sometimes, ikon sad song had me cry and heal at the same time. It happen with "apology" and other songs too

25:34 One thing about hanbin's lyrcism i love the most is that, he's told different stories of love and relationship but not once did he blame the supposed significant other of the break up/the relationship's failure. its either he owns up to his own shortcomings/mistakes or plainly accepts the fact that it just wasnt meant to be. another common denominator in his lyrics is he always wish that someone else happiness and good life. I know he would swear he'd never been in actual relationship but damn the way he express such emotions is surreal and in the purest form too!! We all need to love and be loved by someone like him me thinks (and bobby too, since its mostly him and hanbin who write the lyrics)

The interesting fact here is that B.I (one of the main producers for these 3 songs) haven’t been in a relationship w anyone yet. I don't usually mind if I didn't know the english translation of a kpop song's lyrics but iKON is one of those artists that you would really need to know & understand what they are saying. So poetic. just a random explanation of apology mv bcs i loveeee the concept so much :') the mv is b&w to show who is still alive and who isnt! 1. bobby - his gf died because of him but he denied it that is why he keeps running away and he is running towards heaven but at the end the girl dragged him away from heaven and he eventually accept the reality and willingly walk into hell. 2. yunhyeong - he is the type of bf that always go to club that is why he said "im out all night". there is a scene he is looking at his gf that is trying to find him in the club, but he just ignored it. 3. chanwoo - there is a phone scene i believe or somewhere in the lyrics he said "i saw ur name on the phone but i ignored it" something like that. chanwoo is the type of bf that always ignore his gf fully knowing they are in long distance relationship 4. donghyuk - he is a good bf to his gf when his gf is still alive and his gf really thought his love is sincere. the gf died and that is why she is in white and after she dead, she went to look at donghyuk's place to see whether he is missing her but turns out he didn't. that is why donghyuk is walking away when the ghost gf tried to hug him. his love to her is a lie, just like he said in his part. 5. hanbin - he is an egoistic bf where he always thought he is right that is why he threw water at the girl's car. u can see he chased the girl's car because he is still mad at the girl and the end of the video, he is the one that is driving the car. the ego in him leads him to kill his own gf and take her car away. that is why his gf wears black & white outfit, she is alive but died at the end >< 6. junhoe - he is mad at his gf for keep blaming him for not spending time with her that is why he asked for breakup. but after breaking up, he felt regret about it. 7. jinhwan - his part said "i am sorry i cant protect you", where he keep blaming himself for the death of his gf. that one part the ghost wiping jinhwan's face is to show the gf doesnt want jinhwan to keep blaming himself for her death because it is not his fault. i hope u can understand this bcs i reallyyyy love the storyline of this mv 😭😭 love how they explained different kind of men in relationships and thank you so much for your videos! ^^
