Bf,lunch ,dinner before 30 minutes one glass water tesukondi...and every 2 hours ki one glass water tesukovadam chala mamchidhi.. Body ni dehydrated ga vunchtundhi and 100% thine food 70 % thintaam ....so inka fast ga taggutham ...it's a healthy one 👍

My diet. Without execerise. Mng. Drink :- lemon and honey water Mng breakfast :- vegetable salad. Like 1 carrot, 1 cucumber, 1 onion, 1tea cup of ground nuts, 1/2 lemon, koncham salt, mix well and eat after one hour 1 green tea Lunch:- one curry cup of brown rice, with curry (your wish) Snacks:- Dates, badam, green tea Dinner :- 2 chapathi with milk (7pm).
