Very interesting presentation. Thank You I have a stimulated il6 of 9660pg/ml... and a varizella zoster / cmv reactivation. What could the high il6 mean? Is my body very inflamated and will develop diseases or an anti inflamatory disease soon? My doctor doesnt know il6... :/

Drink PU ER Tea it lowers IL-6. Proyelytic enzymes decrease inflammation. Eat more organic foods, go to bed and be sleep by 10 pm, and exercise just move and your body will be less inflamed. SUGAR effects the immune system up to six hours after ingestion. Pro-iinflammatory sugar coupled with stress response are the Bonnie and Clyde high jacking our health.

Did you ever figure out more? I have high inflammation too, without any other significant issues in my blood work. And it just keeps going up.
